This dream villa is modern, beautiful, and furnished to a very high standard, accommodating up to six guests. You will enjoy a truly wonderful and relaxing vacation here. The house is distinguished by its spacious layout.
From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing pool terrace, which features a large pool and an expansive sun deck. Here, you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets of Southwest Florida. Afterwards, it’s the perfect way to end the day with a steak on the grill in the fully equipped summer kitchen, accompanied by a refreshing drink. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a comfortable dining and relaxation area.
The pool area invites you to unwind at any time.

Welcome to Villa Tropicana!

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.
