The ULTIMATE group & family getaway! Pool, lake, tons of sports and NEW kitchen

This is an amazing property in a prime Paradise Valley location with a newly remodeled kitchen and new wood floors. Plus we just added a pickleball court!
The property boasts a catfish filled lake, running stream, bocce ball court, koi pond, 2 waterfalls, basketball court, volleyball court, pool table, giant 60-inch TV, work-out room, sparkling pool, plus we just added a pickleball court! As of September 1, 2021 we have installed a newly remodeled kitchen and stove (photos to follow).
It's a 5BR (READ ROOM LAYOUT BELOW), 4½BA home with old southwest charm and gorgeous views. All of these amenities are EXCLUSIVE to the home, single tenant, and owners. They are NOT part of a neighborhood community.
Please note, we do NOT host gatherings on property over 50 people due to restrictions in the neighborhood. Smaller family gatherings with no loud amplified music are allowed with permission and additional fees for clean up and usage.

This is a 1960's ranch home. Remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new 5-burner gas stove, granite tile counter tops, large center island & custom cabinets. The family room boasts a pool table and 60 inch TV. The California king bed and queen beds are from the highly breathable Purple Mattress company (my favorite!) and amazingly comfortable. Our 4th bedroom has two twin beds and 5th bedroom has a full bed. Home has a total of 6 beds with the option of adding an air mattress in the family room if needed.

The home has wood floors, satillo tile, and carpet in one bedroom. The master bedroom doors open out to the lush grounds & sparkling salt water pool. All bathrooms have been remodeled with travertine floors. The laundry area is complete with front loading washer and dryer. And yes, unlike other short term rentals, you are WELCOME to use our washer and dryer, which is stocked with detergent.

The back half of the property has a lake, Lilly lined stream, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, ping pong table, citrus trees, bocce ball, koi pond, and catfish filled lake. This is a cozy and inviting home in the most amazingly tranquil setting.

Clete, is our on-site manager who lives on property in the detached guest house. He will be available when you check in to help get you acquainted to the property. Please note that he lives on property as well and takes care of the two dogs. He stays to himself during guest stays and lives behind a screen

Tennis court: Mondays and Thursdays from 6pm-10pm and Saturday from 9am-1pm the tennis court is reserved for the co-owner. The tennis players use the tennis court and pavilion adjacent to the court which is located at the far north end of the 5 acre lot away from the main home.

You will have access to the pool, front lawn, entire home, backyard including tennis court, basketball court and bocce ball court as well as the area around the lake and koi pond. The pool has a grill and gazebo area for relaxing as well.

The house manager, Clete, will help you when you arrive. He is a permanent tenant who lives on property in the detached guest house and can help answer questions you may have. Clete stays to himself during the stay of our guests to ensure your privacy. There are also two very mellow dogs who live with him. They may be out of site during your stay but feel free to request their company if you would prefer them around.

The pool can be heated for an additional $75/day. We would need to know at least two days in advance to begin heating the pool.

Please note that weekends from October-April require a minimum 4 night stay.

In the Summer months, (June-mid September) the furniture around the lake and fire pit is put into storage for protection from the excessive summer heat.
