Nestled in an unspoiled setting, this 80 m² mountain chalet welcomes up to 6 guests in a warm and authentic atmosphere. With 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen—including a Senseo coffee machine and washing machine—you’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each room features radiator heating, and there’s also a TV for your enjoyment.
Enjoy exclusive use of the private garden and balcony with mountain views, as well as a bike storage room and a ping-pong table. The chalet offers two parking spaces—one on-site and one in a garage. Pets are welcome (1 allowed). Parties and events are not permitted.
The chalet is in a very peaceful location, with only one discreet neighboring chalet. The village of Seyne, 6 km away, offers all daily amenities: supermarket, bakeries, ATMs, swimming pool, and tennis courts. Just 12 km away, the Saint-Jean-Montclar resort is perfect for families and also offers rafting and paragliding. The Serre-Ponçon Lake, 40 minutes by car, is ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Cyclists will love the variety of routes around the chalet, suitable for all levels.
