Oceanfront Condo with Beautiful View. Top floor, Elevator, Easy Beach Access.

Enjoy this top floor oceanfront condo where you see beautiful sunrises or sit and relax on the balcony or beach and watch the dolphins and shrimp boats. We offer a queen bed in the bedroom and plenty of cabinet space. A full sleep sofa and comfy chairs are in the living room with oceanfront view. Newly remodeled bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped. The beach is easily accessible and close to the unit.
Not only is the beach peaceful for wonderful walks, sunbathing and swimming, but also enjoyable for fishing in front of the condo, at the intracoastal waterway (up the beach) or at the fishing pier (a short distance down the beach). A large swimming pool is located in the complex. Pavilion with picnic tables, grills, basketball court and play area with pirate ship is available for your use. The excitement when the sea turtles hatch is very catching. In fact, the turtle hospital is just a short drive to Surf City and open for tours. You may be interested in kayaking, boating, surfing or other water sports in the ocean or in the intracoastal waterway. (Rental stores are located on and off the island). Family restaurants are located on the island or just across the bridge on the mainland. Shopping is available on the island or mainland, or you may wish to take a drive south to the historical town of Wilmington or north to the town of Jacksonville. Many churches are located on the island and mainland.

Perfect vacation!

From booking to the very end, they were amazing with communication and so sweet! The condo is so clean and the view of the beach is perfect. A short walk to the beach and pool is the cherry on top!! We hope to return!

We came for the view from the balcony and were not disappointed, made for a relaxing week. The condo was clean and comfortable. Only wish beach chairs had been provided.

Awesome Condo

One of the best condos we have stayed in. Lots of great extra touches to make you feel at home. Great views. Even if you don't walk down to the beach you still feel like you are on it. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your piece of heaven!!

Condo is beautiful! It was so appreciated that Diane reached out when there was a water main break on the island! Diane was very friendly in all communication and we will definitely be renting again!

This was our second year staying here. It's perfect for our family of 3. The owners are very nice and responsive! The elevator is right around the corner, there was always parking available, great shelling, condo is always clean! We plan on coming back for a third! Definitely our favorite place to stay on North Topsail!

thanksgiving on the Beach

Just do it! Dress for the wind, after all it is almost December. Enjoy the sunshine and serenity. The accommodations were perfect. Fresh, modern, clean. Enjoy the view.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Topsail Island. Topsail has become our favorite vacation spot!

The owners were very easy to work with. They had spent time decorating and furnishing the condo to feel like home! It is done in a very tasteful beach theme. We enjoyed the ocean view and were very comfortable. The pool was extremely clean and well kept, as was everything in the condo. My husband loves to walk the beach and one morning discovered a new turtle nest! We lead very busy lives and the peacefulness of Topsail Island is just what we need to recuperate. We're already looking for a time to return. Thank you so much for all you share, Diane and Lou!!

Overall the condo was great the only downfall was no water one morning. It was right on the beach pool was right by the room and so was parking lot. The elevator was very very slow and sometimes would have to stand in the right spot to make the door closed due to a screw. Overall it was a great stay

Spectacular stay at a beachfront gem!

This condo exceeds all expectations!! The views are absolutely breathtaking. The unit its self is spotless and beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and relaxation. Lou and Diane are incredibly kind and welcoming, making the entire experience feel personal and warm. If you are looking for a serene and super clean getaway, this is the spot for you! Lovely stay

The condo was beautiful, clean, and has a wonderful view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves come in, as much as we enjoyed walking on the easily accessible beach. The only thing that was not perfect was the huge back-hoe working on the beach filling sandbags to surround the building next door. They were there the last 2 days of our vacation. It was noisy and clanky and took away from the beach and ocean view. I realize there is nothing to be done about such things. Just know when you book in these most northern parts of N. Topsail, the beach is eroding quickly and lots of work will continue to be done to try to save the houses and complexes.

I was born in Washington, D.C. and grew up in Maryland. My husband was born and raised in Pennsylvania. We lived in Maryland where we raised our children. We moved to NC eight years ago and enjoy the beach with our children and grandchildren. Having lived close to the Eastern Shore of Maryland for 42 years, we vacationed many years at the seashore in Maryland, Delaware and North Carolina. Topsail Island became one of our favorite destinations and we can now enjoy the short trip to the ocean from our house. We like to share our beachfront condo home with others so they can enjoy the beauty of the island and the ocean.

Why they chose this property

After vacationing at North Topsail Beach with family 18 years ago, we realize the importance of spending good times with family and friends. My husband also became reacquainted with longtime childhood friends while on a turtle watch. Needless to say, Topsail Island has been a true blessing to us.

What makes this property unique

Looking at the ocean from our living room in the morning to see the sunrise or watching the sunset in the evening over the intracoastal waterway are absolutely beautiful sights. Watching the dolphins swim and play in front of the condo and the pelicans fly past over the ocean are sights we had never seen before coming to North Topsail Beach.
