Oceanfront! Topsail Dunes Beachfront Condo with Pool and Balcony

This comfy second-floor 1 BR condo in Topsail Dunes on North Topsail Beach is oceanfront with ocean views and is steps to the beach on North Topsail Island away from the hustle and bustle and Surf City traffic.The complex has a pool open seasonally.

Perfect for a small family or couple, it sleeps 4 with a Sleep Number queen bed in master (adjust to your liking), 2 bunks in the hall for little ones.

We offer the conveniences and additional safety features of a Smart Home system - smart door lock (no keeping up with a key), thermostat, smoke detectors, water sensors and upgraded wifi, Google Home, and smart TV for streaming.

You can watch the fishing boats from the balcony and then take a short drive to get fresh catch to cook up in the fully-equipped kitchen. We've even left you a few cookbooks for inspiration.

In this primarily residential part of North Topsail island, the kids can play on the beach or the pool and couples can take a stroll on the beach under stars away from the bright lights and tourist traps - and the fishing is great from the surf, the sound, or the pier 2 miles away.

A short drive over the big bridge takes you to shopping and dining in Sneads Ferry. Drive down the beach to Surf City for more shopping, dining and entertainment, jet ski or kayak rentals. There are several boats that offer cruises around the island or out to Lea Island for shelling.

Nearby Wilmington (35 miles) offers more fun and entertainment, fine dining, ghost tours (!), and a battleship to tour. Jacksonville is also a short 20-minute drive for more shopping and dining options.

North Topsail Beach is known for shells, shark's teeth, turtle nestings, dolphins in the surf, and an occasional whale sighting during migration. Here, the sky is dark and the moon is bright and you can see all the stars at night. Watch the sun rise over the ocean and then see it set over the sound. Bring some binoculars to watch the fishing boats or ships on the horizon.

Things to know -
No pets. Not just our unit, but the entire complex.
Our unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you'll have to climb 2 flights of stairs.
All sheets and towels are provided at no additional cost.
We even have some beach towels, chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, and some sand toys, so you don't have to lug them from home or buy them.

Awesome little condo exactly as described. Steps to the beach and a few more steps to the pool. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well-furnished with everything you could need (even coffee!). Didn’t mind making the drive down to Surf City and Topsail for restaurants and shopping. Loved the little balcony and not having to keep up with a key! I was surprised by how lit everything in the area was with it being a big turtle beach. Thankfully this complex was nice and dark! Thank you!

Family Beach Trip

Stayed for a week and had no issues whatsoever. It was clean when we arrived and had detailed easy instructions and helpful information in book on the counter. Easy access to the beach and pool. Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing trip to the beach where it’s not super crowded.

Family Vacation

Our family of four made our way to Topsail for the first time. It was two adults, a 3, and 4 year old. The host was so helpful and easy to work with. She check in with us our first day and we did not need her again. Everything we needed was there for us and easy to access. The access to the beach was excellent and the beach was easy to travel to and from with the kids. There was a hose to rinse off and the stairs were not too much!!

This unit was in a great location! It was stocked with everything you could need both in the kitchen and the living space. It was super clean and just steps from the beach. This unit is great for a couple and small child. Our teen is about to outgrow those hallway bunks. Highly recommend!

GREAT PLACE FOR A FAMILY VACATION

This was our families first year to Topsail Beach and we loved it. The condo was great. The kiddos enjoyed their bunk beds and we enjoyed a comfy bed as well. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The condo was clean and well stocked. Beach chairs and toys in the deck box. Extra towels and linens in the closet. All the kitchen utensils to make us feel at home. The bathroom had plenty of extra toiletries. The location was perfect. Literally steps from the beach. We loved the view from the balcony. The pool was a nice size and our family loved that there was a deep end! Rebecca was a delightful host. Quick communication! We had some weather the day we arrived and she was quick to share safety tips for our family. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! North Topsail is a very relaxed and family friendly beach. It was not overcrowded and our family had the best time!

Lovely Getaway

This very comfortable condo with it's great location made for a wonderful brief vacation. The chairs on the patio were simply wonderful for reading and for watching the waves. The couch and bed were both very comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. My questions about the TV remotes were answered by the owner immediately, and I was able to watch what I wanted to just fine. I appreciated the ease of making and enjoying the reservation, and a funny little part was how easy and secure the front door lock worked -- just terrific!

A perfect beach stay for our little family!

We loved staying at Rebecca's beach front condo. Rebecca was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to my questions. The space had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked (we cooked each night). The extra linens and beach towels were so appreciated! The view is beautiful and the balcony is shaded and perfect for relaxing on in the evenings. The distance to the beach is super short and we loved having the pool to play in each day. The area is quiet and not overly crowded, the beach itself is perfection, especially at low tide. We would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a laid back, family friend, beach vacation.

Perfect for our small family.

Rebecca's condo was absolutely perfectly for our family of 3! She has really thought of everything with this rental. A well stocked kitchen with anything you could want to cook with. A linen closet with extra towels, bags, and coolers. The balcony is has great lighting with sun in the mornings but shaded in the afternoons, also a storage box filled with beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. Rebecca is a fantastic host that is responsive and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations! 10/10!

Beautiful location

Close to the beach. This was our first time at North topsail Beach. It was a great location if you want to be close to the sand. And also have a pool, which is very important to us. The property itself was very nice. The kitchen is the only area for improvement. I found a few dirty dishes in the cupboard and threw out a bunch of very expired food. I had to stop myself because I was on holiday today. It was not there to clean lol I would also suggest a room darkening curtain over the bedroom window. Besides those minor issues we had a great time.

I began visiting North Topsail in 2015 and purchased the condo in 2017. We've been welcoming guests, friends and family since. I'm so glad that others get to enjoy vacations here or visit their families in the area or on the base.

We've been fortunate to have repeat guests who I hope feel as at home here as we do.

Why they chose this property

North Topsail is less busy than other nearby beaches, especially in the off-season.

You may drive a little for restaurants or shopping, but that makes our part of the island less commercial and congested. There are good restaurants nearby - especially if you like fresh seafood - and the people here are friendly and warm.

It's laid-back, casual and still has its natural beauty. My blood pressure drops every time we cross the bridge on to the island.

What makes this property unique

Our little condo is small, but efficient and we love being directly on the beach. We don't even carry a cooler down because we can just run upstairs and grab a beverage or make a sandwich.
