There are not enough superlatives to adequately describe how much we enjoyed staying here! We stayed here for a week for our 25th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo is squeaky clean, had more than enough provisions, and the location was perfect. Did I mention the view? Oh my word- on a bluff/cliff area overlooking the North Shore! The Princeville restaurants were just over a mile away and the sweet little town of Hanalei was only a few miles away. Suzie was very responsive to any questions and made sure that our stay was unforgettable! We can’t wait to return!

Perfect spot on Kauai

Am always on the hunt for the perfect spot for 2 people and this place comes as close as any I’ve found.While it is 2 beds, 2 baths and would certainly accommodate 4 people it truly was a wonderful fit for just the 2 of us.Unobstructed ocean front views of the whales, 1 level living, and a lovely accommodation to boot. Nothing to complain about here.Look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Home

This place was beautiful! It is a perfect location for resting and relaxing after a day exploring Kauai. The photos don’t do it justice. Cool breezes and the sound of the waves at night will be missed when we are back at home.

Honeymoon in Kauai

The Kauai Haven was all round exceptional. The large windows made it easy to watch the sunrise come up over the water. The condo is conveniently located near beaches and restaurants. I recommend choosing to stay here, it checks off every box.

Love Kauai!

We had a great stay! Loved the unit. Easy to get in and out for our daily excursions on this beautiful island. Definitely saw whales while enjoying the view from the balcony. Thank you!

Kauai Haven or Kauai Heaven?

We loved everything about our stay at Kauai Haven. It’s beautifully located ona cliff overlooking the north shore of the island with all of the amenities one could want. The hosts even provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and snorkeling gear. The pictures online don’t really do it justice!

Spring Break Fun!

My kids and I absolutely LOVED staying at this beautiful condo! We enjoyed hearing the ocean waves from the bedroom windows, and the close proximity to the turtle cove. Excellent location! The condo itself is so up-to-date and had everything we needed. Absolutely phenomenal trip, we will definitely be back again for the summer! Mahalo!

Highly Recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kauai and this property in Princeville was perfect for our family of 3! It had a fabulous view of the ocean, it was quiet and in a wonderful location. It was clean and had a lot of kitchen supplies. We really appreciated having the beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards as well. We will definitely return here for our next visit to the beautiful island! Thank you for everything!

Lovely

This was a great space, peaceful area and neighbors, gorgeous view, comfortable home. Our only issue, and this was almost laughable by the end of our trip, is that the light and fan switches were bizarre and inconsistent. But who needs that when the sun greets you over the ocean each day?

A special place – highly recommended

What a wonderful place! The condo has a spectacular view (especially for sunset) and is right at the trailhead to Turtle Cave. The location is perfect. You can tell that the owners put so much thought and care into this condo. Not your typical vacation rental at all. The decor and quality of furniture, kitchen supplies, appliances, etc., is really just top notch. You feel like you are staying in someone's nice home – not a rental at all. I would highly recommend staying here for your visit to the North of Kauai.

Whale sightings!!!

We loved our stay here, especially all the whale sightings right from the lanai -- or the bedroom windows! We shouldn't have paid all that money for a whale watching boat tour when we could have stayed at the condo and enjoyed the same view in greater comfort! We also had double rainbows just feet from our lanai on several mornings! What more could you ask for while in Kauai? The interior of the condo was clean and well-maintained, and true to the pictures. Everything you needed was provided.

Amazing Princeville Condo!!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this property and it’s manager. The location on the edge of the cliff down to the waters at Turtle Cove provides amazing sunrises from all windows and the lanai. The space was great for two parents and their adult children (who do ok sharing a bed). We had everything we needed to cook some meals. Foodland at Princeville had great options. I found it better than the store in Lihue. Four chairs, two umbrellas, boogie boards and a cooler made our daily activity trips easy. Suzie was such an excellent manager replying to my inquiries quickly and thoroughly. This property is a don’t miss. You will NOT be disappointed!!! Mahalo Suzie!!

Beautiful condo with fantastic views

Beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. And what a view!!! So nice to fall asleep listening to the waves. I was a little worried about not having AC but there was always a nice breeze so we didn't miss it. We stayed five nights and it wasn't long enough!! Didn't want to leave. Highlight of our trip was the doors off helicopter ride (Jack Harter Helicopters). It was a life changing experience!! It's a must do!!!

Alii Kai condo in Princeville

This was a beautiful place to stay and was exactly as the pictures showed (unlike my condo in Poipu that lured me in with beautiful photos but was not the same unit). Falling asleep to crashing waves, waking up to watch the sunrise out of my bedroom window. It is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need for meal preparation. Jacuzzi tub in master bathroom was heavenly! Reasonably close to Hanalei and only an hour to the airport. Suzy provided excellent instructions in her packet. Door sticks a little so don’t think you are locked out! No AC but the fans and breeze off the ocean made it very comfortable. Hope to rent her place again. Was really hard to leave!!

Beautiful and calming place

This property is in a perfect, calm location. Right on the water and you can fall asleep to the waves. Watched sunset and sunrise on most days. Close to many activities. Need a car, but that was expected and fine with us. We had our 11yr old with us and he loved it. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities. Check out process was a little stressful bc it asked for all towels to be washed and started in the dryer which isn’t always possible if you are showering before departure. The switches for the fans and lights were confusing, but we eventually figured it out. We would definitely rent this place again and would reccommend it to others. Also liked the concierge they set us up with through the booking.

Well-appointed condo with gorgeous ocean views

The listing for this wonderful property was spot-on. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The host was responsive in communication. The panoramic ocean views from the lanai were fantastic. The weather wasn't great during our stay but we still had a good time watching the waves roll in with a glass of wine in hand.

We live in Southern California and although many people believe it’s very similar – the trade winds render Kauai a tropical paradise. We enjoy the outdoors and there's no better place than Kauai – sometimes with the company of friends, other times as couples, and occasionally as an individual retreat.
