This comfortable 57 m² holiday apartment on the ground floor of the “Strandpark” complex offers you the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea. The sunny south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and relaxing moments outdoors.
The light-filled living area is cosily furnished and offers the best entertainment for the whole family with a sofa corner, TV, games, and a modern stereo system featuring internet radio, DVD, Bluetooth, and USB/SD ports. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a particularly cosy atmosphere.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for your holiday and features a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Of course, there is plenty of dishes and silverware available.
Two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights: The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), while the children’s room has two single beds that are also suitable for adults.
The modern spa-style bathroom invites you to relax after a day at the beach and features a glass-enclosed shower and a private sauna. In addition, a washing machine is available free of charge.
A private parking space next to the house is also included with the apartment.

Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the Warder town of Heiligenhafen (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
