The Noah holiday rental is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This lovingly and brightly decorated holiday rental, measuring approximately 50 m², is located on the ground floor. It accommodates up to 4 people and features a hallway, an open-concept living and dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is about 300 m away.

The living area is well-equipped with a double sofa bed, a radio/CD player, and a flat-screen TV. From the living room, you have direct access to the south-facing balcony.

The open kitchenette, integrated into the living area, features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop. Essential appliances such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are also provided. The floor is tiled.

For your comfort, the bedroom features a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet where you can store your clothes. The floor is covered with laminate. A sleeper sofa in the living area is available for 2 additional guests.

The spacious bathroom is tiled and features a sink, a shower, a washing machine, and a hair dryer. A clothes rack is provided for drying laundry.
Bicycles can be parked in a bike rack in front of the house.

Our Waldstraße 32 apartment complex is located in Kühlungsborn West. The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is only about 300 m away. The popular beach promenade is also within easy walking distance of the Waldstraße 32 building. The holiday apartments are accessible via a staircase inside the building.

Next to the apartment building, there is one free outdoor parking space available for each holiday apartment.
