Holiday Apartment 11b in the “Strandpalais” holiday complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 5 people.

This cosy holiday rental in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn is located on the 3rd floor on the west side of the building and features a furnished balcony. With a size of 76 m², the apartment offers plenty of space for a relaxing Baltic Sea holiday, featuring a living and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The beach is about 100 m away.

The modern kitchenette is integrated into the living area and features 2 ceramic cooktops, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment (2 drawers), a microwave with oven function and automatic programmes, a dishwasher, as well as a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals or game nights with the family.

The living room is equipped with a fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere, especially on cool days. From the living area, you can step out onto the large, west-facing balcony with a partial lake view. Of course, the amenities also include a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a CD player, and a radio.

The first bedroom in the holiday rental is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200 cm).

The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). A spacious closet is available for your holiday wardrobe. A second TV provides additional evening entertainment here.

The shower room/bathroom is equipped with a large sink, a shower, storage space, and a washing machine.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in this holiday rental.

You can safely park your vehicle in the designated parking space in the underground garage (maximum parking height 1.95 m). A wallbox (Type 2 charging socket) for electric vehicles is also available there (for a fee). An lift will take you comfortably to your desired floor.
