Apartment 15 at Strandstraße 16 is located near the centre of the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn. This cosy, ground-floor, two-room apartment can accommodate up to 2 people. The approximately 40 m² of living space includes a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a living area with an integrated kitchenette. The west-facing terrace is particularly comfortable. The beach is only about 750 metres away.

In the living area, a comfortable sofa, a stereo system, a selection of books, and a flat-screen TV create a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. Open the patio door and enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

The kitchenette integrated into the living area is well-equipped and includes, among other things, two ceramic cooktops, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

For restful nights, the bedroom features a comfortable double bed with separate mattresses (2 x 90 x 200 cm). Nightstands, a spacious closet, and an additional flat-screen TV (81 cm screen diagonal) round out the amenities. Blackout curtains ensure a restful sleep.

The daylight-filled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, hair dryer, and a comfortable sink with a large mirror. The entire holiday rental features designer flooring or tile.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted in this holiday rental.

You can park your car in the underground garage in the designated parking space (maximum vehicle height 1.50 m; not suitable for estate cars). Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle storage area of the underground garage.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s common areas for a fee.

The property features well-maintained green spaces and a courtyard with a reading nook. In the main building, guests can use free Wi-Fi in the entrance area, which features a seating area. A common room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is also available in the main building.
