Wohlfühl-Wohnung
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dieser Wohnung mit perfektem Blick auf die Ostsee, die gleich vor der Tür liegt. Die Lage ist für uns ideal, da sich sowohl die Seebrücke/Innenstadt wie auch die Steilküste gut zu Fuß erreichen lassen. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, überkomplett ausgestattet und einfach zum Wohlfühlen!

Leider ein mangelhaf...
Leider ein mangelhaft für die FW, Matratzen extrem durchgelegen, Duschkabine schmuddelig, Balkontür von außen kaum zu öffnen- besonders wenn Wind auf der Tür steht. Hellhörige Wohnung, der Kühlschrank tut seins dazu. Würden wir so nicht mehr buchen. Hausmeister hat die Mängel fotografiert und aufgenommen... Aber die Lage bzw., Aussicht ist ein Traum! Schade.

Edit 18.11.2024: Wir haben uns die Punkte zusammen mit dem Eigentümer angesehen und freuen uns, dass z.B. die Matratze zur nächsten Saison erneuert wird. Sie ist zwar nicht durchgelegen, jedoch sehr weich. Die Duschkabine wurde grundgereinigt und die Silikonreste entfernt. Der Kühlschrank funktioniert alledings ohne Probleme. Die Fensterelemente inkl. Balkontür werden ebenfalls getauscht. Wir freuen uns, dass damit alle Punkte, die in der Macht des Eigentümers liegen, erledigt sind.

vielen Dank für das ehrliche Feedback. Für die mangelhaft gereinigte Dusche möchten wir uns nochmals bei Ihnen entschuldigen. Wir haben die Dusche umgehend intesiv gereinigt (wie bei einer Grundreinigung). Die übrigen Hinweise haben wir an den Eigentümer weitergeleitet.
Wir hoffen, Sie hatten dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt in Heiligenhafen und freuen uns, wenn wir Sie zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder als unsere Gäste begrüßen dürfen.
