Great proximity to downtown, comfortably accommodated our family of four. This is our second time visiting this home, I like that a set of bunkbeds were added upstairs. Overall, our stay was great.

Great cabin , nice view , only negative was wed morning about 9 am they trimmed the bushes next to my car ,instead of knocking on my door and asking me to move it they repeatedly banged in to my car with their equipment and left dust all over my car with their blowers

A total unplug from the crazy life

This was an amazing place to stay. The owners were in constant connection and answered questions at the drop of a hat through texting. We were so blessed to have been able to rent the sugar shack! We will be back!

Review for sugar shack

The cabin was overall great. I would suggest a new mattress in the master bedroom. It has 2 dips in it with a hill in the middle and was uncomfortable. I would stay here again. It had everything we needed.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Family Vacation!

We loved the Sugar Shack cabin at Bear Creek Crossing! It was beautifully decorated, a great size for our family of 4, has a fun game room in the upstairs loft (pool table and air hockey) and a gorgeous view. Everything worked and all is updated. The check in and check out process were easy as well. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!

Great place, great customer service

We stayed for a week and enjoyed it so much. We had an issue with our hot tub & called the office. They responded promptly and had it fixed that day! The view was amazing. Quiet (we went in May). Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful stay under the smoky mountains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin in Tennessee! The community was wonderful and offered many amenities. The cabin had an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains from then back deck. It was difficult to leave the house because the view was so amazing!! Although this property made you feel like you were nestled in the mountains, there were many things to do just a few miles away. The cabin was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids were very content in the upstairs game room.

I brought my partner here to propose. The property was clean and perfect. We had coffee on the balcony overlooking the mtns was perfect. She loved the whirl pool top and the games upstairs. Plus the kitchen was clean and had all the appliances we needed to have fresh meals. The only thing we would change is a table outside and having a proper mattress that is built for adult activities.

I enjoyed the stay, however the extra charge for cleaning was too high in my opinion. If I'm expected to clean before I leave as it is. It should be part of the rental per night. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

I have to say that we did not have good night sleeps on the king size bed. it felt like a cheap mattress and we had aches and pains all night. Maybe others won't find it that uncomfortable though.

Only complaint was the sofa bed in living room. This should not be considered adequate sleeping arrangements. It was like sleeping directly on metal. After 1st night, we had to go buy an air mattress. Cabin sleeps 4 comfortably. (Other sofa bed was adequate). But other than that, amazing cabin.

Odor

The bathroom in the bedroom smelled of urine. We called and they came and cleaned, but in 2 days it smelled again. The grout around the toilet was dark, so im sure it would be an ongoing problem until deep cleaned. There was also no keurig or seating on the front porch. Otherwise the overall cabin was nice and quiet.

The toaster did not work and the microwave oven door handle was loose. I reported it to maintenance and they came out that morning and fixed it. The only negative was the bedroom carpet was stained in numerous areas. The location was great in that it was not far from the downtown activity in Pigeon Forge. Eden crest rentals was very friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again.

We do apologize for the disappointment you experienced while staying with us over the carpet. As you can imagine carpet stains are an on going battle with a rental properties.
