Spacious 145 m² holiday apartment, quietly located on the edge of Königsfeld, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. The perfect starting point for activities such as hiking, climbing, cycling, skiing, cross-country skiing, and various day trips.



A covered staircase leads to your private entrance. The apartment itself is on one level.



It features 2 bedrooms with double beds (can be converted into 4-bed rooms), a modern bathroom with corner bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, urinal, and washing machine, plus a second bathroom with shower, toilet, and sauna.



The living room is furnished with a sofa set and 2 separate double sofa beds (slatted frame and mattress).



The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, bread slicer, spices, Bosch Tassimo, coffee machine, and a dining area for 10. Internet is available.



Outside, you'll find a covered terrace (with additional awning), table and chairs, and a barbecue fireplace.



In the garden, there's a pool house with heated pool (available in summer months when in operation). The pool house is not part of the apartment but may be used.



Covered seating areas invite you to relaxing evenings. A trampoline is also available. The garden is not fenced.
