I am originaly from a small beautifull town in the heart of the Austrian Alps. After my studies in Austria and France I came to Chile to improve my spanish and to work here for a couple of years. Well this is allready 28 years ago, I met my husband and we have a beautiful family with 4 kids. During all those years I received a lot of visits from friends or friend of friends from Europe, which finally convinced my to start to rent our beautifull department in the heart of Providencia and to wellcome interesting people from all over the world. I love to practice my mother language german, as well as spanish, french (i lived 2 years in France) and of course English. I love to show gests around in Santiago, or nearby Santiago and the give them usefull tips how to enjoy Chile.
Why they chose this property
I love Providencia, actually it is the place where I had my first apartment arriving in Chile. Only footsteps away from the Subway Station, and walking distances from the best Restaurants, shopping malls, museums, parks, and a lot of interesting things.
What makes this property unique
I am very proud of our apartment, we remodeled it with a lot of love with my husband. The idea was to make it a place where we would love to stay and feel just at home. Every room has its own air condition and the windows are new so you dont hear the noise from the streets. Every item was chosen in person and to give our place a personal touch.
