About this property

Gîte les myosotis en Berry, sleeps 6

Located in the heart of France, halfway between Lille and Perpignan or between Brittany and the Alps, this is the perfect spot for families or friends living far apart to meet up without traveling long distances!

Whether for a few days or a holiday stay, many hiking trails start right at the edge of the property. We are just steps from the Parc de la Brenne and the village where George Sand once lived.

As gardening enthusiasts, we are happy to share our knowledge about natural practices and edible plants. Our approach is ecological and based on permaculture.

We compost kitchen and garden waste, sort packaging, and use dry toilets on the grounds, solar panels on the roof, and an electric car charging station. We follow permaculture principles, combining traditional know-how and innovative, eco-friendly technologies. Dry toilets in the garden complement the indoor WC.

A farm campsite area is available with 2 caravans and large awnings. Electricity, solar shower, 6 pitches, up to 20 people, dry toilets. An additional fee applies for booking. As a nature-loving family, we welcome you warmly for your stay. Discover a peaceful, green setting in a preserved environment.

Bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra fee. A security deposit is required. The EV charging station is accessible. Electricity charges apply in winter according to your usage. Cleaning is the guests' responsibility; an optional cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
