The holiday home features a spacious living area with a combined dining and kitchen area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. You can enjoy relaxing moments on the two terraces—whether having breakfast on the east-facing terrace or gathering for a cosy get-together on the south-facing terrace. From the holiday home, it’s just 300 metres to the beach at Börgerende.

Our stylish holiday home accommodates up to 4 people. The spacious, open living area invites you to relax and spend time together with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, two armchairs with a footstool, and a dining area. From here, you have direct access to the furnished east-facing terrace.

The adjacent open kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and an oven. The kitchen is further equipped with a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed. A second TV, a chest of drawers, and an armchair ensure cosy evenings. The wardrobe offers ample storage space for your clothes. Blackout curtains on the windows provide privacy. From the bedroom, you can access the south-facing terrace—the perfect spot for relaxing in the fresh air. The spacious terrace is furnished with a beach chair and patio furniture. An awning provides shade.

The modern bathroom features a vanity with ample storage, a toilet, and a walk-in shower for maximum comfort.

You can conveniently park your car in the outdoor parking space directly in front of the holiday home.

The holiday home is fully tiled. Underfloor heating in all living areas provides cosy warmth. This is a non-smoking holiday home. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

The holiday home is located in a quiet and well-maintained residential complex behind the campground in Börgerende. The town centre of Bad Doberan is just a few kilometres away and invites you to stroll and relax with its boutiques, restaurants, and cafés.
