This apartment is in the world famous Carillon Hotel. The apartment has a magnificent view of the ocean and beach.

This is a large one bedroom, one bath unit with a south ocean/beach view and is on the 6th floor. Amenities include 2 4K TVs, Wi-Fi, full kitchen, and parking.

The property has three pools, restaurants, beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas and access to the world famous Carillon Spa.

Great room and views. The Carillon is an excellent property, especially if you are active and looking for exercise and spa/facility options. The room is as advertised, and the host (Henry) was very helpful in the reservation process and during out stay (including providing information and addressing any problem that arose). Renting through VRBO is a great value for the Carillon, and i would definitely rent again in the future.

Our stay (4 Girls trip) was absolutely incredible. The apartment felt very comfortable, clean, safe and kitchen was well equipped. Henry was communicative & responsive when needed. I pre- purchased the resort fee separately for Sunday and it was a great decision because it rained and we enjoyed the day at the spa. I initially chose this unit for the ocean view and the private beach, which was gorgeous! The convenience of Starbucks, Publix and places to eat cross the street was even better. Beautiful resort stay on the beach

The room has everything you need with an amazing view of the ocean. Beds are comfortable and bathroom is immaculate. The resort offers beach, pools and a great spa.

Great location

The hotel is beautiful and the beach is amazing! North Beach is fun… great food and shops all around. Definitely hit the spa! Property manager was easily accessible.

My 4th time at this property and 2nd time in this unit. Host is very welcoming and helpful. Unit is comfortable and nicely decorated. Love the view. Property is beautiful in a quieter area with conveniences like Publix across the street.

The location was perfect, we really enjoyed the pool (and poolside service for food and drinks!) and beach access, and the unit had just the right amenities for a few day get away with friends at a beautiful resort! Highly recommend!

Wonderful!!

We had the best time. The condominium is exactly as described and pictured. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to pickleball courts and lots of great food. The spa was wonderful too. Hopefully we will be back soon!

Peaceful, beautiful, and a good-value stay

This location was great for our first trip to Miami! We definitely recommend North Miami Beach and particularly this location if you would like a quiet stay at a good value. The apartment had great amenities (especially loved the big bathroom), and the hotel staff was very helpful and kind. Loved having staff on the beach to help with chair and umbrella setup and food and drink orders! Communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

Great stay again!

This was our 4th time renting the apt with Henry and everything was perfect, as described. I strongly recommend the apartment, location, beach and beach service. Henry is available when needed and fast to respond any doubt. Nearby, you will find Publix, Walgreens and others. I will stay here again.

We had a great experience. Henry is very kind and clearly cares about his guests’ experience. He was easy to reach and checked in with us periodically to ensure things were going well. Make sure you read everything. Before we booked, we didn’t realize that we wouldn’t have access to the spa, gym, and pool without additional fees. It’s about 120 a day for the first guest and about 80 for all other guests to enjoy the amenities. I wasn’t too bummed about it because Henry informed us before we arrived. I wasn’t too bummed already planning to book massages for my husband and me which granted access to the spa and pool for that day. We explored the city for the remainder of the vacation.The room is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen area was great for preparing our breakfast and although it wasn’t a full size refrigerator, it was large enough to hold several bottles of water, leftover food, and it also had a freezer. The view is lovely, especially at night. We took lots of pictures.The location couldn’t be better. It’s right on the beach and near the bus line. We walked about a block and caught the city bus to Aventura Mall. The ride was easy. Definitely check into public transportation if you don’t plan to drive. There are plenty of options to get around. Lots of entertainment around.Overall, the trip was great. Henry is top notch. He offers a great place and excellent service.

Must Stay in Miami!

The whole experience was luxury and seamless! The property itself is absolutely stunning with 5 star amenities, and incredible beach views of crystal blue waters. However, what really made this a must stay location was the host themselves. They are quick to response and so helpful! They really made sure you not just had everything you needs for a great stay, but were so helpful to make sure you had the best stay. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend anyone to book this place if it is available!
