Located in Almuñécar on the Costa Tropical, Casa Mamá is a 155 m² holiday home perfect for up to 6 guests. Enjoy 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker. You have high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, fan, and a dedicated workspace.
Step outside to a private garden, balcony, covered terrace, and open terrace, all offering stunning sea and mountain views. The private outdoor pool is on the first floor next to a sunny porch—ideal for dining or relaxing. A chlorine tablet must always be kept in the pool. Beach towels are provided.
There is one garage parking space. Events are not allowed. The property is in a very quiet private residential area, close to the beach, which you can reach on foot. Public transport and a tennis court are also within walking distance.
The area enjoys a subtropical microclimate with over 300 sunny days a year and an average annual temperature of 20°C, making Almuñécar’s winters the warmest in Europe. The special climate of the Costa Tropical makes this region the largest producer of quality tropical fruits such as mango, cherimoya, avocado, loquat, guava, lychee, pitaya, carambola, and kumquat, and an epicenter of tropical culinary culture.
