One-bedroom apartment in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach (max. 3 people)

Our 54 m² duplex apartment with a balcony in Friedrichshafen-Fischbach can accommodate up to 3 guests. Thanks to its location, you can reach the lake and the outdoor pool in 10 minutes on foot. An Edeka grocery store and several bakeries are just a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment features two bathrooms, one bedroom, and a living and dining area, as well as a balcony with a view of the mountains.
Restaurants, a kebab shop, and a Thai takeout spot are also located right in Fischbach.

Public transportation, such as buses and trains, is a 7–10-minute walk away and provides convenient access to Friedrichshafen, surrounding towns like Markdorf, or even as far as Konstanz, Meersburg, Lindau, and Überlingen.

The apartment is equipped with a kitchen featuring plates, glasses, pots, pans, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, an oven, and a stove.
The bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm), from which an additional 80-cm mattress can be pulled out, accommodating up to 3 people. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided.

We are required to charge a visitor’s tax.
High season (April 1 – October 31)
Adults (18 and older): €2.80 per night
Children (ages 6 to 17): €1.40 per night
This fee must be paid in full in cash at check-in.
You will then receive the EchtBodenseeCard, which offers a number of discounts, such as free travel on all buses, regional trains, and light rail lines throughout the Lake Constance-Upper Swabia Public Transportation Association (bodo)
