In our dialect, "Rouja" is the Monte Rosa glacier and "Lueur" means its beautiful glow in the sun. There’s a local song that says as soon as you cross into Ayas, "la Rouja l’et là" (Monte Rosa is there). For me, this isn’t just a landmark among the mountains: it means home, warmth, and welcome. It’s the safe place to return to.

Located in the heart of the historic center ("paese vecchio") of Champoluc, in a peaceful and quiet spot, this apartment has just been renovated while keeping its historic charm. It offers 46 sqm and can host up to 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms: one double and one with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. Winter and summer tourist activities are within easy reach on foot or by nearby public transport.



The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals during your stay. The property has heating in the living room, all bedrooms, and the bathroom, plus a TV and washing machine for your convenience. Public street parking is available. Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted on the property.
