Fantastic location in the centre of Champoluc next to all the shops and restaurants. You only have to cross the road to get to the slopes. The apartment is newly renovated with a cosy log burning fire, a large kitchen and comfy beds with warm white duvets. The 2 bathrooms will help everyone get to the slopes on time. No need for a car, the shops and restaurants are on your doorstep. The private driveway makes the apartment nice calm and there is free parking outside your door.

The apartment is approximately 70m2. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

It is located opposite Crest (the main cablecar) in the heart of Champoluc village. There is a private barrier to the property. You can park your car directly outside the apartment. As the apartment is just off th main road it is peaceful and calm. In the summer there are large open fields opposite the apartment for children to play in.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one with 2 single rooms). There are 2 good sized bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath/shower, a sink and a toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, a sink and a toilet. Bedding, towels and hairdryers are provided.

There is free Wifi connection throughout the apartment. In the lounge there is a television, and an Iphone docking station. There is also a cosy log burning fireplace.

The kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, oven, dishwasher, clothes washer, kettle, toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.

We have fully renovated the apartment and hope you will have an enjoyable stay.

Great Apartment

Good location , well designed apartment . The kitchen is spacious and well kitted out inc. tea towels. Would recommend coming with a knife sharpener to sharpen good choice of cooking knives unless you can use a “steel”. Parking is good. Location is handy for shops, restaurants etc..bedding, towels supplied are good. An enjoyable stay.

Fantastic holiday in a lovely apartment

We've just returned from another great ski holiday in Champoluc. Josette's apartment is in a perfect location (few mins walk from the main lift up to Crest). Manuela (who looks after the place) left the apartment in a spotless condition and was great on the communications front during our stay, making sure everything was ok - which it was! The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, well equipped and it was a lovely bonus to have a warm bath after a long day on the slopes. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We hebben hier 1 week met 4 volwassenen gezeten, wat heel comfortabel was, maar ook de 2e week met 6 volwassenen en 2 babies was goed te doen. Centrally located holiday home

We enjoyed our stay in this very well maintained and centrally located holiday apartment very much. There are numerous walking tracks close by and very good restaurants at walking distance. Furthermore, by car wonderful destinations across whole Aosta Valley are within reach. The apartment has its free private parking and has a small terrace to sit outside. The owner of the apartment was always very fast in replying and transmitted very accurate information. Handover of keys went very smooth. We enjoyed this stay very much and hope to come back one day to this wonderful part of Italy.

Great apartment, very well equipped for all our needs. Very close to restaurants, supermarket and if you need it, the ski lift. Private car parking on site which is a bonus. Fantastic area for hiking.

The property is really good! Its modern, clean, warm, comfortable, with great bathrooms and well equipped kitchen that you can really cook in. The location is amazing - ski hire shops, main lift, bars/restaurants and supermarket are all within 100-400m. Yet at night its very quiet so you don't get disturbed. There is a small problem with the electrics in that it blows if its mildly overloaded, but its easy to flick back on and you just need to be careful how many things you have on at once. I'd defintely go back!

Beautifully presented apartment , exactly as portrayed in the photos. Perfect venue for summer family walking holiday without ever having to use the car except for airport transfer. Perfect in every way

The description was accurate and the apartment was perfect for us. We chose to visit this ski area mainly because of this apartment. Sounded too good to be true, but it was really that perfect. We parked our rental van right in the back and never needed it again. We were in walking distance of the ski rental shop, the lifts, many restaurants and bars. Even the grocery market was right there. Could not have been more perfect. The apartment was new, clean with a well stocked kitchen. The owner provided great customer service and the manager (Manuella) was kind enough to meet us when we arrived to show us the apartment and where to park. You have to make reservations at LoBistro (downstairs in the cafe) and Oysteria. Both wonderful restaurants. Would love to go back and stay here in Champoluc again.
