Are you looking for the perfect getaway near the water? Our charming holiday home, with approximately 145 m² of living space and located right next to the reservoir (only about 900 m away), offers the ideal setting for relaxation, nature experiences, and active days.
Nestled in a beautiful landscape and surrounded by 11 certified premium hiking trails, our house is the perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides, and excursions into nature. Whether you want to relax by the lake, explore the surroundings, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet—this is where your holiday begins.
Here’s what awaits you:

• Pure wellness on the ground floor: After an active day at the lake, unwind in your private wellness oasis with a large shower and infrared sauna. A spacious living room, the cosy dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, as well as a guest bathroom, complete the ground floor.
• Dream & browse upstairs: Three cosy bedrooms—each with a comfortable double bed—guarantee restful nights. A small reading room offers the perfect retreat for quiet moments.
• Garden: Wind down the day on the cosy terrace or enjoy a barbecue at the private grill area in the enclosed garden. For active guests, a total of 6 bicycles are available, allowing you to explore the region with ease.

Spanning a spacious approx. 145 square metres, this lovingly furnished, non-smoking home offers plenty of room for up to 6 people—perfect for families or friends.
Living & Relaxing
The ground floor features a spacious living area, a separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining nook. There is also a guest bathroom. A real highlight is the private wellness oasis: After an active day, relax in the infrared cabin or under the spacious shower area.
Sleeping & Retreat
On the upper floor, you’ll find:

• 3 cosy bedrooms with comfortable double beds (180x200)
• 2 children’s beds (70x140) and a high chair if needed
• A separate reading room for quiet moments

On-site fees: No events or parties! Non-smoking home! A 20% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. A cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. One dog is allowed for a fee of €10 per night.
