Perfect location

Fabulous week spent in the perfect location. All the amenities you need including dish washer, very quiet by night, and very safe as the building is gated. The second bathroom is very small but wasn't a problem. Will definitely book again.

Had a lovely stay, apartment very well equipped, clean, large balcony and beach on your doorstep, could not have asked for better. We stayed for 6 weeks, felt very homely, enjoyed it so much we booked while we were there for the same time next year.Only disappointment we couldn't get it for the summer, have recommended it to our friends.

Ideal Place

Great location, out of the noise but close enough to walk to it, right on the beach. Clean and spacious. Good comms with the owners. Secure.... no faults what's so ever, would defo use it again and good value

Superb apartment

A lovely apartment, very clean and accommodating. The location was ideal. The kitchen was lovely, but didn’t have an oven but did have microwave combi grill. Also could benefit from some taller glasses, wine, pint sized glasses. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Lovely Apartment

Great location with wonderful views from the big balcony. Everything you need is provided. Good communication with the owner prior to arriving. A lovely lady called Mar greeted us and showed us around the apartment which was so useful giving us all the tips to ensure we had a good stay. Thank you Mar! We had a great holiday.

Windy corner

The apartment was front line. It was spacious and well kitted out. All the facilities you could want or need were a step or a short stroll away.Unfortunately the weather in March and April was very disappointing which colours our feelings about our time there. It was very windy and greatly curtailed our use of the terrace and balcony. Setting that aside I would recommend the flat for comfort and location.The agent and the owners were very helpful and great to deal with.

Excellent stay. Apartment superb. No info sent regarding check in but Banco casa next door telephoned the apartment supervisor so all ok Check out a bit hectic . Documents said 10 o’clock but cleaner came at 9 !! Highly recommended apart from this.

Location Location Location.

As the title says the location is excellent for the beach and the night life, plenty of restaurants and bars close by including supermarkets, the area is well away from the noise and hustle and bustle but not too far if that's your scene. The apartment itself is in a gated complex with its own car park and feels very safe and secure (2 sets of keys supplied). The layout of the apartment is good with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and lounge and 2 shower/toilet rooms one a lot bigger than the other, each room has its own aircon operated by remote control which is a god send, its well lit with day light as the lounge as 2 large sliding doors which lead onto the very large balcony. The group comprised of 3 adults and 2children aged 8 and 12, with the size of the balcony there was plenty of room for everybody. The only gripe is the electricity randomly trips at least once a day which is not a big problem but could be for someone who has no idea how to reset the power especially in the dark. The internet/wifi is very good which the kids were happy about. Overall we had a great week in Benidorm using the apartment as our base. Big thanks to the host Michel who answered all my questions and enquiries very quickly and put mind at rest and thanks to Mar who made the process of arrival and access a simple one. Would we stay here again YES. Recommended for all ages.

Lovely apartment

We always rent a private accommodation when visiting Benidorm and this is probably the best we have had. It really was a home from home. Spacious bedrooms with brilliant air con. Bright and airy sitting area again with air con. Great kitchen with loads of utensils, tea towels, cutlery, crockery, glasses, pans etc. Loads of extras washing up liquid, sugar, salt, kitchen roll. Used the washer whilst there and there was even laundry detergent (although I had my own). Wrap around balcony was spacious with loads of seating - my daughter especially enjoyed lying on the sofa with her book. Sunny most of the day and a lovely breeze too. It felt very safe around the area and we had no trouble with noise at all. Great to be so close to the beach and we made use of the beach chairs and parasols from the apartment which were such a bonus, saved us a few euros! Bathrooms were very well fitted out, second one is small but perfectly usable and both very clean. We were also given 2 sets of keys which is always a relief. Would recommend this apartment and it will certainly be top of my list when booking Benidorm next time (hopefully it will be free). Great correspondence when booking too and again once we had landed. Met at the property within 10 mins and shown around with explanations of how to work everything. A brilliant experience from start to finish.

Het appartement was netjes en zeer compleet. 1e lijn aan Levante, maar aan een redelijk rustig deel. Balkon groot en bijna de hele dag zon.We hebben genoten van ons verblijf hier! Michel, de eigenaar, reageerde steeds heel snel op onze vragen en ook de ontvangst en het uitchecken door Mar verliep uitstekend!
