Het appartement op zich was netjes maar het inchecken verliep zeer slecht. De eigenaar liet weten we pas om 16:00u konden inchecken wat we respecteerde. 2 uur voor we zouden toekomen nam hij nog contact op met de vraag wanneer we zouden arriveren. Dit liet ik dan ook weten door op zijn bericht te antwoorden. Echter kwam er geen reactie meer. Bij aankomst om 16:00u was er niemand aanwezig om ons binnen te laten.Tot tweemaal toe heb ik getracht om de eigenaar te contacteren wat telkens op voicemail uitdraaide. Rond 16:25u kwam er dan iemand toe die contact opnam met vermoedelijk de eigenaar en ons dan de sleutel kon bezorgen. Deze persoon was zeer vriendelijk en was ook heel verveeld met het gebeuren. Ik vind het jammer dat ik dit moet schrijven maar het is niet anders.

Hallo Dave, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Es tut uns leid, dass der Check-in nicht reibungslos verlief. Dennoch möchten wir einige Punkte klarstellen. Unser Check-in beginnt um 16 Uhr. Ihr seid pünktlich angekommen und habt um 16:01 Uhr versucht, uns anzurufen. Leider kam aufgrund der schlechten Mobilfunkverbindung kein Gespräch zustande. Bereits um 16:25 Uhr wurde euch jedoch vor Ort geholfen. Wir sind eine private Ferienunterkunft und kein Hotel mit ständig besetzter Rezeption. Ein unerwartetes Problem innerhalb von 25 Minuten zu lösen, halten wir daher für einen sehr guten Service. Was uns enttäuscht, ist die Verhältnismäßigkeit deiner Bewertung. Du bestätigst selbst, dass die Unterkunft ordentlich war. Dennoch vergibst du insgesamt nur drei Sterne wegen einer einmaligen Verzögerung von 25 Minuten. Drei Sterne gelten auf Buchungsplattformen keineswegs als neutrale Bewertung und können für private Gastgeber erhebliche Folgen haben. Vier Sterne hätten wir durchaus nachvollziehen können. Wir betreuen jährlich mehrere Hundert Gäste und bemühen uns stets um einen reibungslosen Aufenthalt. Natürlich können trotzdem Probleme auftreten. Entscheidend ist auch, wie schnell diese gelöst werden. Wir nehmen deine Kritik ernst und werden unsere Abläufe weiter verbessern. Gleichzeitig hätten wir uns eine fairere Gesamtbewertung gewünscht.
