One of the southernmost of the Sea Islands, Amelia Island is an amazing vacation destination that embraces the natural beauty of northern Florida.

This freshly updated two-bedroom, two bathroom condominium is situated directly on the white sandy beach of this lovely oceanfront property. Minutes away is a full scale grocery store, offering all that you may need, including wine and beer.

This unit is located on the third floor of the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club. It is situated on the south end of the property, which offers sweeping views both up and down the ocean front stretch of Amelia Island. Our end-unit balcony provides unobstructed views to the North, oceanfront, and a vast view to the South. Your view is as far as the eye can see up and down the shores of this lovely island. The recently updated kitchen and dining area of this unit offers a breathtaking seascape from the expansive picture windows overlooking the beach and boardwalk.

The Amelia Surf and Racquet Club is a gated complex which offers two beautiful swimming pools overlooking the ocean and four clay tennis courts for use on a 24 hour basis.

Our unit is located on the premier south end of the Island. The exclusive Ritz-Carlton is a stroll away on the beach, offering casual and fine dining. If golf is your passion, enjoy any of the six golf courses on the Island, including the world-renowned Golf Club of Amelia Island and the Ocean Links at Amelia Island Plantation. The charming and historic village of Fernandina offers world-class restaurants, unique shopping experiences, specialty boutiques, and an endless array of activities.

The condo felt so much like home. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. The beds were comfy and the views were amazing. The pool looked fabulous but, it was a little cold. Beach access was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend this condo!

This property is beautiful and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The ocean views are fantastic and you have a front row seat for the sunrise every morning. The weather wasn't the greatest, but I can't think of anything that would've made this trip any better.

Perfect beach getaway

We have stayed at this condo 4 times. It is always very clean and well stocked. The ocean views could not be better—sunrises from the balcony are spectacular! The condo is in a convenient location to town and it’s a very short ride to dozens of great shops and restaurants. The owners are very responsive to any questions. I highly recommend.

Amelia Island Gem

Great condo for our family vacation to Amelia Island. Super convenient to the beach. Beautiful view out and up the beach. Very clean, recently updated, well apportioned with everything we needed. Owners are very responsive. Check in was so easy.

Perfect Week

This is our second time staying here and we won’t stay anywhere else! The condo is lovely and decorated so well. We felt right at home for the week. The balcony is our favorite part! The views are incredible and there was always a nice breeze! Watching the sunrise and drinking coffee on the balcony was a perfect start to our day! My niece loved the pools and we loved being right on the beach! We can’t wait to come back!

Favorite place to stay

We had never been to Amelia Island before, but we hope to come back. This VRBO was our favorite yet - the place was clean and right next to the ocean. We were able to use their beach chairs and umbrella at the beach and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location is perfect for us….quiet at night and beach wasn’t overcrowded. And downtown restaurants and shops are just a 15 min drive. Can’t wait to come back!

Truly Beautiful Week - Inside and Out

My husband and I were lucky to have a beautiful week in Laura and Mark's condo. The weather cooperated - with lovely spring weather, but the star is the condo. My husband and I have traveled a lot - we are both seniors. We have never stayed in either a home or condo that is better equipped than this condo. And the decor is just what a beach condo should be. It is comfortable and fits with the environment. We hope to return again and again... Thank you for hosting us.

Great Condo with Great Views

We liked the condo very much, especially the views, and really enjoyed our stay. It is up-to-date, well maintained, and attractive. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and dining ware and with new appliances. We appreciated all the thoughtful things the owners provided, especially the nice beach chairs and beach towels. The owner was attentive and very quick to respond to questions. We had not stayed at this resort for a few years and we were particularly delighted to find the entry gate and condo door equipped with digital entries—it was really handy!

Spectacular!

We couldn’t have been more pleased about the property from the minute we walked in the door!! Mark and Laura were very responsive to any pre-trip questions and even more personable and friendly when we accidentally bumped into them on the grounds. The unit is more than fully furnished, including the small details such as salt and pepper, dish detergent, extra paper towels and toilet paper, etc. In other locations I have found fully furnished to really mean you have bare essentials but need to purchase all the basics. We are already booking dates for our return and can’t wait!!
