The 50 m² accommodation hosts up to 5 guests: 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, a spacious living room with air conditioning, kitchenette, sofa bed for 2, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, dining area with access to a terrace perfect for outdoor meals, and a workstation.



The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, electric oven, toaster, and coffee machine. The bathroom includes a tub, shower, bidet, toilet, sink, and washing machine.



Outside: private garden with barbecue, outdoor shower, private open terrace, and shared covered terrace. The beach is nearby.



The complex is very quiet and clean, and the pool is almost always available due to frequent owner absences.



Access via paved road and stairs. Self check-in available. Covered parking space included.



In 2026, the pool will not be available in June, July, and August. Possible use on request from September, date to be confirmed.
