The house is a wonderful newly renovated attached villa with cobblestone front and backyards. Both yards allow access to the house. In the front yard, you'll find a nice outdoor shower. Great to remove the sand and the salt off your body before going into the house after a nice day at the beach. In the front yard, a large table (seats 8) offer the opportunity to eat outside. There is also a charcoal grill in the backyard so you can enjoy a nice outdoor barbecue.

From here, you will be able to see glimpses of the nature preserve called "Diaccia Botrona" and of the coastline all the way to the Argentario peninsula.
