La Cascinassa is located in Tagliolo Monferrato, a medieval village in the heart of the UNESCO Monferrato area. This 80 sqm holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, high chair, and a shared charging station for electric cars.
Outside, you can relax in a peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards and rolling hills.
Parking is available 50 meters from the property, with electric car charging stations for an extra fee. There is also a Poste ATM in the same square. Bars, small shops, a pharmacy, and a market are just a 2-minute walk away, and public transport stops are easily accessible nearby. Airport and train station shuttles are available for an extra fee. Events are not permitted on the property.
The owners live on site but not in the booked house. You can request a cleaning service during your stay for an extra fee. The property is only a 5-minute drive from the Ovada motorway exit, making it an ideal base for exploring the region.
