Villa Felinas: peaceful haven with large garden, heated pool, and family amenities

The house features a spacious, south-facing 3,000 m² garden, surrounded by shrubs and fencing, with views over the valley. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a large table for 10, a big parasol, and a covered veranda. In summer, life is mostly outdoors, with excellent Wi-Fi throughout.



For children, there’s a trampoline, sandbox, swing, and hanging tires, plus space to pitch a tent. In the second part of the garden, behind a closed gate, enjoy a heated pool from mid-April to mid-October (10 x 5 m), a large terrace (170 m²), and an outdoor shower.



The 13 m² kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven with ceramic hobs, microwave, and both Senseo and Nespresso coffee makers. It opens onto a 25 m² living room with wood stove, large corner sofa, dining table for six, Dutch satellite TV, and Chromecast. Firewood is available for an extra charge in winter.



Upstairs are three bedrooms: the main (13 m²) with king-size bed, a second with double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), and a third with bunk beds. All open onto the landing. Each bed has a mattress protector, pillows, and duvets. A folding crib is available. Bed linen and towels are provided.



From the kitchen, access the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, and the laundry room with washing machine. Above, the fourth bedroom (18 m²) has a separate entrance via the laundry and a double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m).
