The apartment is based on the 6th and last floor of a recently refurbished residential building at a short walking distance from the beach.
The flat has sea view from all windows.

Centrally situated in the 'Levante' area of Cesenatico, the apartment is located on the promenade, and for those interested in shopping it's a short walk from the 'Piazza del Grattacielo.

Ideally located for the family who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in the welcoming coast of Romagna, as well as being close to the cultural sites of San Marino,

Ravenna or Ferrara, Cesenatico is not only a popular destination for summer holidays, for its characteristic port, for its long sandy beaches and for entertainments for both young and older,
but also during the Christmas festivities, where stage settings of the birth of Jesus take place on the old, antique boats of the 'floating museum of the Marine'.

6th and last floor with lift, living/dining room, kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a spacious furnished terrace with panoramic seaside views (furnished with table and chairs).

Die Lage der Wohnung schien perfekt, es ist aber eine sehr stark belebte und befahrene Strasse, die Strände sind nichts für Erholungssuchende, das angepriesene „Renaturierte Strände“ hat uns sehr enttäuscht. Wenn ein ausgetrockneter Grünstreifen und ein paar Kinderspielgeräte alles sind, was an mehr Natur geboten wird, ist das nur ein Werbegag. Für Teenies bietet sich aber genug an Unterhaltung und Shopping.... für uns Erwachsene eine gute Erfahrung: Adria haben wir gesehen und werden es nicht wiederholen

Appartamento spazioso e confortevole,vicino al mare e molto centrale,l unica pecca non c è la lavastoviglie,nell' annuncio diceva di si ,cosa da noi ricercata,ma come mi ha spiegato la proprietaria è stato un disguido..peccato xché x noi era una delle cose principali...nonostante questo disguido,la consiglio vivamente..proprietari cordiali e disponibili..

Spacious apartment in a nice location in beautiful Cesenatico!

This apartment is very large, within easy walking distance to the beach, and easy access with a lift for older travelers and those with young children. The owners are fabulous! They provided a wealth of information about the area, answering all my many questions, and showing us how everything in the apartment operates. We were VERY late arriving due to the train line being shut down temporarily, but the owners continued to wait for us during our four hour delay. The restaurant NOI is only 3 blocks away and a nice place to grab a quick bite and use free WiFi. Great restaurants and shopping along the canal and easy to reach from this location. Also very close to San Marino. Enjoyed our stay in Cesenatico and meeting the wonderful owners of this nice apartment.

Worin besteht Luxus ?

Das Appartement hat seine guten Seiten, leider auch einige Schwachpunkte: die Lage, 5 Minuten vom Strand und umgeben von guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist perfekt, wird jedoch vom Lärm erheblich abgewertet. Einigermassen ruhig ist es nur zwischen 2 und 5 Uhr und wird auch da oft durch rücksichtslose Atomobilisten bzw. Motorradfahrer gestört. Bis 2 Uhr läuft unten in der Bar laute Musik und ab 5 Uhr werden die Müllcontainer geleert oder beim gegenüber liegenden Hotel Waren angeliefert. Ein Abstellplatz für das Auto steht nicht zur Verfügung, wir haben es in einiger Distanz gratis abgestellt; dafür könnten wir die gemieteten Fahrräder sicher abstellen. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, für uns etwas überladen mit Schnickschnack , der Balkon mit seiner Aussicht wunderbar. Bei einer Belegung mit 6 Personen fehlen im Wohnzimmer 2 Stühle, und der Tisch auf dem Balkon ist zu klein. Absolut nicht luxuriös sind Küche und Bad. Beide sind viel zu eng. Erstere lädt ganz und gar nicht zum Kochen ein, ein Backofen fehlt, dafür hat es, was für eine Ferienwohnung selten ist, ganz tolle Messer. Zum Teil seit Jahren abgelaufene Gewürze versperren den Platz für eigene. Das Badzimmer ist zwar hell aber in jeder Beziehung viel zu klein. Immerhin steht Warmwasser dank Durchlauferhitzer uneingeschränkt zur Verfügung, die Temperaturschwankungen machen aus dem Duschvwrgnügen eine Kneipp-Kur. Uneingeschränkt luxuriös ist die Waschmaschine. Sowohl mit den Vermietern wie auch der Betreuungsperson vor Ort hatten wir nur positive Kontakte und bedanken uns an dieser Stelle für Vertrauen und Gastfreundschaft.

L'appartamento ideale per una vacanza in famiglia o con amici!

Ho trascorso una splendida settimana in questo meraviglioso appartamento insieme a mia figlia durante Giugno. L'appartamento è situato in una posizione ottimale: vicino al mare ( 2 minuti a piedi dagli stabilimenti balneari ), vicino al supermercato, ai vari negozi, bar, gelaterie. Il porto di Cesenatico è raggiungibile in 10/15 minuti a piedi ed è veramente piacevole trascorrervi le serate mangiando nei tanti ristorantini tipici e passeggiando. Cristina ed Emanuele, i proprietari, sono stati molto cortesi durante il check in dandoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Abbiamo parcheggiato la nostra auto in un parcheggio gratuito non lontano dall'appartamento ( in alternativa ci sono parcheggi a pagamento nel Viale in cui è situato l'edificio ). Ottimo per una vacanza di relax ( come la nostra! ) oppure per chi ama la Riviera ed i suoi locali! Consiglio questa sistemazione e non esiterei a tornarci!
