DESCRIPTION:
There is plenty of outdoor space to stargaze at Blue Moon!
Relax in the sun-filled great room with vaulted ceilings and huge windows gazing out onto the private outdoor space, lagoon and natural landscape. The spacious, open layout is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Off the great room is the bathroom, laundry area and two guest rooms.. The guestroom to the right has a king size bed with direct deck access and the bedroom to the left has a queen bed.
The ground floor at Blue Moon is entirely accessible for any guests with mobility concerns. Outside, you will find a large screened porch with its two dining tables to enjoy a view of the turtle pond. Sit back and listen to the waves on the back deck or grill on the front deck, while the kids play in the sandbox.
Upstairs has a play/entertainment loft creating a separate space for the younger beach goers. Blue Moon is fully equipped for kids with toys, games, and child-friendly essentials. The upstairs guest room off the play area has two twin bunk beds, while the other guest room down the hall has a king bed and views over the lagoon. There is a full bath on this level. As part of the Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise all of the bed linens are laundered between guests.
Your toes will be in the sand in no time, with an easy stroll or golf cart ride to the beach. Or just cruise down to the community pool for a dip.
Blue Moon is located in the community of Spinnaker’s Reach. The community pool and beach access is at the corner of Louise Howard Court and Shipwreck Lane. This is approximately a 10-12 minute stroll from the house or an even faster golf cart ride. Cart parking is provided at the pool area.

Vacation- Blue Moon

Booked property in February 2022. It was a long wait to enjoy, but worth it. Property was a further from the beach than expected, but no one’s fault for that. Golf cart made it easy! House had lots of kid friendly amenities!

well represented, comfy, excellent location

Blue Moon worked out perfectly for our annual 3 generation family get-together. The golf cart was convenient and a big hit with the small fry. However, the biggest hit was the Turtle Bridge: many visits every day! However, the glass tops on the coffee tables, etc were a bit dangerous. They might be better if they were a little smaller and had rounded corners. Also, we were surprised at the lack of beach chairs.

Very family oriented, good for moderate size family

We had a great time... great family house and large kitchen area. Bathrooms were spacious and well planned. Screened porch was essential as we wanted to be outside. Turtle bridge right next to property and we saw dozens of them daily!!! Great beach access and nice pool area...loved the family touches and it's obvious there has been a lot of family vacations filled with love here...❤️

Very nice property

Great location, nice public pool. House set up well. Pull out couch is broken, and the dryer does not work very well (had to run three cycles to dry one load), but other than that excellent.

Spinnaker's Reach is a private community that caters to vacationing families! There is a community access to the sound/ ICW for all guests as well as a swimming pool a short golf cart ride away. The rental office is located in the neighborhood which makes check in and check out very easy considering once you turn right at the 1st stop light onto Coast Guard Road you are finished with traffic... the team at the office is a pleasure to work with and truly want every one of our guests to enjoy their stay.
