I rent (seeing) house in the North Coast - São Sebastião.

Excellent house, large and airy, located in prime area, close to the Atlantic Forest, beautiful double-height architectural project, with 3 bedrooms (1 suite), 3 living rooms, fireplace, kitchen 03 bathrooms, spacious balcony, adult pool, garden, garage for 4 cars, near Arrastão beach, where there is a mall, pizzeria, restaurant and cinema. Wide view to Ilhabela (only 5 km from the ferry and the center). Sleeps 12 people. As the house is located in a residential neighborhood, loud music is not allowed. Dates such as: New Year's Eve, Carnival and other holidays have different rates.
