House with excellent location inside Cap´Dantibes Condo, 100 meters from Guaecá Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, with white and soft sand. The sea changes from day with waves to days that it seems a swimming pool. Very pleasant and calm beach, mainly for children, because it´s not a crowded place and there is security 24 hours a day. 150m2 built area in a 404 m land. 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 suite), living room and dining room, complete kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher. Laundry room, TV, ceiling fan in all bedrooms and living rooms. Accommodation for up to 8 people in beds and two extra mattresses. There is one balcony in front of the house with hammock. Complete Covered barbecue area behind the house.

Perfect house near beautiful beach

The house is modern, well equipped, comfortable and very well located, being only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. I totally recommend it to whom wishes to spend some time enjoying the beautiful beach of Guaecá.

Amazing beach house for families!

Where do we even begin? My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property for two weeks while we visited his family in the city. We loved every inch of this home and made so many beautiful and amazing family memories there. We also loved the kitchen and how it had everything we needed. It was so clean and really enjoyed many family dinners there. We also loved how the double set of windows could be fully opened to allow the breeze off the ocean to blow through and the proximity to the beach, especially with an infant was so close and easy. A 3 minute walk! Would highly recommend this property for future stays and we will be booking again on our next trip. The owner was great and was fast with communication and the little community of homes felt safe and secure. Thank you so much!

Nossa experiência foi excelente. A casa da Sra. Marisa é simplesmente perfeita. Extremamente limpa, espaçosa, bonita, com todos os utensílios domésticos para uma ótima estadia e com um lindo e espaçoso quintal com jardim que meu filho em especial adorou brincar. O Condomínio também é muito seguro com Portaria 24hrs. Outro ponto fundamental é a proximidade da casa com a praia. Uma curta caminhada de uns 3 ou 4 minutos por um belo jardim do Condomínio e pronto, lá está uma das praias mais belas do Litoral Norte de SP. Só temos a agradecer a Sra. Marisa por todo o cuidado e atenção que teve conosco. Certamente iremos retornar.

Férias 1000

A casa fica dentro de um condomínio sensacional, encontramos a casa extremamente limpa. A localização é ótima, estávamos com 2 crianças de 12 anos , e ambas a noite ficavam andando de skate dentro do condomínio sem preocupações. Passamos 6 dias bem acomodados e confortáveis. Marisa, voltaremos outras vezes com certeza.

Férias inesquecíveis!

Desde o início das tratativas com a proprietária da casa, Marisa, sempre muito gentil já sabia que seriam férias de ano novo inesquecíveis! A casa impecável, muito mais aconchegante e bonita que as fotos, além do condomínio ser lindo e seguro! A Praia, que por sinal, fica ao lado da casa, é toda preservada: um show à parte! Só tenho elogios à nossa estadia e a senhora Marisa! Com certeza nos tornaremos habitués em Guaeca!

Imóvel excelente, como descrito. Móveis e eletrodomésticos tudo em perfeito estado e funcionando. Tivemos uns dias de chuva se não fosse a casa ser muito confortável. A praia é maravilhosa, perfeita. Sem duvida indico, e pretendo voltar.
