Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom Condo located in beautiful Port Royal Plantation--10 minute drive from Hilton Head Airport. Short stroll to the beach, 24/7 doorstep shuttle access to the golf courses or the prestigious Westin Resort for a day at the beach, pool side with the kids, or just simply enjoying the live pool-side music with full bar service of fruity beach drinks & ice cold Coronas.

Fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances: oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, washer & dryer, new granite counter tops with breakfast bar seating for 4. Large Dining Room table -- seating for 6. Dining Room opening up to deck with view overlooking lagoon, al fresco dining or entertaining. Living Room with wet bar, large flat-screen TV, pull-out couch & view of the lagoon.

3 Bedrooms all with adjoining private full Bathrooms--2 MBR newly remodeled. 2 Beds can be made up either as a King or 2 Twins to provide for more guests. TV's in each bedroom. Pull-out couch in the living room can easily be made into an additional double bed.

4 rounds of golf each day (one tee time) are included (cart fee additional) at the following courses: Barony, Robber's Row, Clipper, Galleon, Brigantine. 1 hour of tennis at the Port Royal Tennis Club. 16 courts available for day & night play.

Guests have full access to the Westin oceanfront resort, including the large private beach with life guard, outside shower, all pools, including children's pool, hot tubs, fire pit, bars, restaurants, state of the art health club, kids activities, kids club, concierge, pool towel service, bike rentals, shuttle service, child care, business center, walking, jogging & running concierge & island maps, free parking, room service, Starbucks Coffee, & Carolina's Cafe offering the best & largest seafood buffet on the island. Heavenly Spa by Westin for massages, hair salon, manicures & pedicures.

We arrived on the island early and hoped to get an early check in. It wasn't possible and that was okay, but our condo ended up being ready an hour late! And the bedrooms weren't arranged the way we asked. But the overall stay was wonderful.

Family Living with Resort Amenities

We had a great time here over spring Break 2022. Price was amazing, it was clean and comfortable. If you are older I would not recommend due to the number of stairs involved. but for our family it was a terrific time. Would definitely return and stay here.

Our 2020 vacation

This was the third time we have stayed at Ocean Palms and we obviously love the area. The condos are showing their age and didn’t feel as clean and kept up as in the past. Our unit didn’t have a screened in area like the other two and we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because of the bugs and there were only cheap chairs to sit in. We wouldn’t stay in this unit again. There were too many steps since it was on the upper level. We have stayed in much nicer units with wonderful screened in areas. This one was not for us.

AC Broken

We were early for check in and told it was not ready. An hour after check in we were told the AC was not working and they had a repairman coming out to fix the problem. A couple hours later we were called and told the AC was fixed. On Monday we were called and told they needed to come out and fix the AC. Monday night the AC stopped working and we were greeted with an 80 degree unite. What we were not told was Tuesday they were replacing the entire AC unit. They knew they had a huge problem on Saturday but rather than be honest with us and move us to another unit they kept us in the dark (and heat) about what was going on with the AC. Owner and Westin kept changing there stories despite the fact the Westin left us messages about what was happening. We will not be going back to Ocean Palms or the Westin after 10 years of vacations.

Here is the immediate response from The Westin as soon as we learned of the problem with the A/C I am sorry that the HVAC unit stopped working on Saturday but the HVAC Company responded promptly. Dyess Heating and Air was able to go to Villa 806 prior to the villa being cleaned on Saturday. The entry code was sent to the guest at 5:30pm and the HVAC was working, it could have taken time to cool down. The HVAC Company is replacing the HVAC to avoid your guests being further inconvenienced. I spoke to the guest yesterday and notified them that the HVAC unit would be replaced this morning, asking for best time to start to avoid inconveniencing them any more than absolutely necessary. They did not mention the HVAC was not working.

Not a great location.

Our view was a backhoe and dump trucks. Could not use the deck. Also the master bath is awful for anyone getting out of that tub. Especially seniors! We have rented these condos before snd this was the worst one. Will not rent again in Ocean Palms. Paid a lot more for this condo and was dissappointed.

Thank you for your comments. The backhoe and dump trucks were doing work on another condo development across the lagoon and not associated with Ocean Palms. The work is temporary and not the normal view one would have.
