Downtown Helen with Gorgeous Mountain Views Near the Mountain Coaster!

Enjoy spectacular seasonal views of the surrounding mountains and the Alpine Village! The views are especially magical at night when the village lights glow against the dark. From December through February you can even see Helen’s lighted Christmas trees from the property.
Relax on the screened porch and listen to music drifting from the village below, or settle into the sunroom and take in nature’s beauty through the large picturesque windows. This is a peaceful, convenient retreat right in the heart of Helen.

Prime Location

The Reihenhaus sits at the top of a ridge in downtown Helen, just off Main Street, above City Hall, and on the same street as the Georgia Mountain Coaster. You’re perfectly positioned for all the activities Helen has to offer.
Downtown is only a five-minute walk (with one moderately steep hill on the return) or a quick two-minute drive. While a car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area, you can easily enjoy the village on foot if you prefer.

Place used towels in the blue container in the upstairs bathroom closet. Leave bed linens on the beds.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Signed rental agreement must be submitted to owner within 24 hours to complete reservation. We have a maximum stay limit of 14 nights.

We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Pets are not allowed due to severe allergies of a family member, and many of our guests. This rule includes ESA's.

The place was amazing! The host literally thought of everything. The location was in town, but somewhat private. The beds were extremely comfortable. It had all of the amenities of home. I mean everything. The home was very spacious, yet cozy. It is definitely a place we will visit again in the future!

Communication with the host was excellent. The property was exactly as described. My friend and I were in Helen for the Balloon Festival and the townhouse was the perfect location to enjoy everything Helen had to offer. No complaints whatsoever. Would stay there again.

Everything was great and clean except for the downstairs bathroom was small. The communication with the owner was outstanding. They kept in touch with you constantly.

My husband and I are both from Georgia and love the Northeast Georgia Mountains. We moved to the area fourteen years ago to be near our cabin rental in Helen, and in 2014, we decided to purchase this additional property for others to enjoy as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The Reihenhaus is in downtown Helen overlooking the Alpine Village and is surrounded by the beauty of the mountains which makes it such a peaceful and relaxing area that we very much wanted to own. The view is right outside the sunroom windows and the screen porch.

What makes this property unique

The main benefit of this home which captured our attention is the fact that you can look down from the ridgetop and view the Alpine Village. It's especially beautiful at night when all of the village lights are glowing in the dark. It's great to watch the balloon races in June, and to hear the music during the long Oktoberfest celebration. We also like the lay-out of the home and especially the sunroom.
