About this property

Charming two bedroom/2 bath cottage on the 7th fairway with wood burning fireplace on quiet street in gated Innsbruck Golf Club community. Relax on the deck, screened porch or front porch rockers and enjoy the outdoors. Walk to Unicoi Lodge and have breakfast or lunch and take a hike around the lake. Little to no traffic on a cul de sac inside a gated communityKing size (upstairs) and Queen size bed (downstairs) for your comfort, deluxe futon in loft for children. Cabin is charmingly decorated. Sleeps 4 adults and two children. All kitchen appliances , Coffee maker, etc are here for your convenience. Misrepresentation of your party will result in loss of deposit (doorway camera on porch). You owe it to yourself to get away from it all and relax!! Internet is provided with Roku tvs for you to log on to your own home tv services. The community is behind the river in Helen, we are near the back about an 8 minute drive from downtown, one mile from Unicoi State Park.

A copy of drivers license or government issued ID will be requested 30 days before stay and is required of booking guest for guest verification and release of check-in information. Failure to comply will void reservation with no refund if inside of no refund period.

Excellent Christmas vacation

We had a great stay at this cabin. The cabin was cleaned and nicely decorated for Christmas. The fire was very useful. The tufan was comfy to sleep on. We loved the heater added to the bathrooms. Downtown Helen was just a 4 minute drive.

Quiet…peaceful…cozy…festive with holiday decorations…loved the antiques and all the different accent pieces…seems like each day I noticed something I had not stopped to look at before. Elaine was responsive to any of my inquiries before, during and after our visit. She’s very welcoming and wants her guests to have a great visit, and that is exactly what we did. I highly recommend this little gem and would definitely stay here again.

This property is made for relaxation! Comfortable Outdoor seating on front porch and back screened in porch. Cozy inside with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The hostess was very accommodating and helpful.

Gorgeous House!

The place was very comfort and welcoming. My family and I had no issues checking in or during our stay. Checking in was painless since the host gave clear isntructions on getting to the location and getting through the gate. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Beautiful house in a great location

7th Heaven was a beautiful house. It was perfect for our family of 4. Very comfortable. We enjoyed how close it was to downtown Helen and was able to come and go frequently.

Surprising getaway

Elaine, our host, was great. Helpful in everyway. The house exceeded our expectations. The location was great, and being a golfer I enjoyed being located on the 7th fairway of a luxury course.

Great place!

This place was amazing! My wife and 2 daughters booked this place for a weekend getaway and our first time to Helen and it did not disappoint! Close to town but still tucked away and private. Will definitely book again!

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood

Visited Helen for the first time with my family (wife and three kids). This property was the perfect size for us and was close (not walking distance with little kids but a short drive) to Helen and some great hiking trails. Gated community if that’s important to you, although I wasn’t worried about our safety in any part of the town. House had everything that we needed and was very cozy. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Immacualtely clean. A small two story modern cabin with a lot of personal touches added. Right on the 7th fairway of a modern golf club community only 5 minutes from downtown Helen. I really liked the price per night. Almost a steal.

Oktoberfest

Great cabin feel and loved the location. Everything was as it should have been. If we are in the area in the future we will try and stay here again. The only negative was the gravel driveway. If in a car I guess no big deal but on motorcycles like we were a little tricky. We did love our stay and enjoyed the area.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is so quiet and peaceful. We got to see wild turkeys and deer early in the morning. The location was excellent, property was excellent and host was excellent, all in all I recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet stay. We will definitely stay here when we return to the area!

Summer getaway in Helen

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin! The cabin was beautiful, and the neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous! So many things to do and places to see all within a short hour or two drive (many activities were just a few short minutes away also!). Elaine was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We plan on staying here again very soon!!

The host is a wonderful lady, very easy to get in touch with. The house was very clean and inviting I sat on the screened in deck every single day. Plenty to do around town or do nothing. Right out the back gate is hiking trails and Anna Rudy Falls. Also, a great center location to go other places like Chattanooga Rudy Falls, Rock City. Glenn Falls, Cherokee, Ashville...I could keep going! I will definitely be staying here again. We enjoyed every minute...it was, perfect.
