Séjour très agréable

Appartement très bien situé ! On a tout pu faire à pied. On a passé une très belle semaine dans une tres belle ville ! Encore un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa gentillesse et disponibilité.

Emplacement idéal

Appartement très propre, bien équipé, et idéalement situé à Saint-Malo Intramuros, hôte vraiment très gentil et très arrangeant. Il s'est adapté à nos contraintes et a tout fait pour que nous passions un très bon séjour.

Endroit parfait vacances suoer

Appartement bien sauf pas de cafetière électrique et avoir plus d explication concernant le parking. Nous pensions avoir une place privée mais c était payant. Garer la voiture à l extérieur des ramparts et se déplacer en bus. Il serait préférable de le signaler pour budgeter. Sinon c était parfait propriétaire super sympa merci

Ein tolle Wohnung in einer super schönen Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt super nah am Meer und ist in einem sehr schönen alten Haus. Man kann von dort aus sowohl schnell zum Strand als auch in die Stadt laufen. Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Wohnung sind sehr gut. Der Vermieter gab uns den Tipp das Auto an einem Park and Ride außerhalb des Stadtkerns abzustellen, was eine praktische und zugleich günstige Lösung war und wir das Auto nicht benötigt haben. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ich könnte mir sehr gut vorstellen nochmal dorthin zu fahren.

Emplacement parfait

Nous sommes venues à 5 personnes mais nous devions être que 4. Gerard a gentiment proposé de nous rajouter un matelas! Notre hôte est joignable et répond rapidement, de plus il est très agréable. En ce qui concerne son logement: l’emplacement est parfaite dans intra-muros, écarté du « centre » pour éviter les bruits et le monde mais très proche on y est en 3 minutes à pieds. L’océan se trouve à 30 mètres de l’appartement. Et deux accès à la plage à même pas 5 minutes. Je recommande grandement cet appartement il est plutôt bien équipé : four, micro onde, cafetière, 2 plaques de cuissons, assiettes, couverts... un canapé convertible, un lit de deux personnes avec salle de bain avec baignoire. Merci à Gerard de nous avoir permis de profiter d’un excellent séjour à Saint Malo !

Séjour fort agréable

Appartement idéalement situé : proche de la plage et des commerces de saint malo (5min de marche). Au calme. Propriétaire fort sympathique. Nous n'avions pas de voiture, pas de contrainte de stationnement et toutes les commodités et transports en commun proches: le top !

Séjour corsaire été 2015

Bonjour, un grand merci à Gérard pour la qualité de son accueil et sa gentillesse. Le logement a correspondu en tous points à nos attentes : surface, équipements, propreté... Mais avant tout, nous avons vraiment apprécié sa position idéale dans la cité corsaire. Nous étions en bord de mer, à deux pas des commerces, et malgré tout, dans un endroit calme. Si vous souhaitez vous immerger dans le monde corsaire, n'hésitez-pas une minute de plus.

Repos et calme

Jolie appartement que nous occupons chaque été depuis 3 ans. Situé près des remparts, des plages et de la piscine naturelle. Repos et calme assuré. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et toujours disponible pour que tout se passe bien.

Perfect - just what we were looking for

The owner couldn't have been more helpful. The location is very central and he sorted our parking and made sure we had plenty to do in our time there and he made himself available on the phone all the time should we have any problems(which we didn't). I would definitely go back and stay there and couldn't recommend the place highly enough.

Appartement confortable, propre, agréable à vivre et très bien aménagé. Idéalement situé intra-muros, au calme, à deux pas de la mer, tout proche des galeries d'Arts, des musées, bars de caractères, commerces et restaurants. De nombreuses balades à pied sont possibles dans la vieilles villes, plages, visites culturelles ou touristiques. Très bon accueil. Propriétaire sympathique et chaleureux. A conseiller vivement. Que du bonheur

Location très agréable et idéalement située, difficile de faire mieux à Saint Malo rapport qualité prix. La mer est à notre porte et l'ambiance malouine dans les murs . A part une petite retouche coté salle de bain et encore , si l'on compare à d'autres locations il n'y a rien à dire . Nous avons passé une semaine de bonheur . Merci.

Très bon séjour

Très agréable séjour dans appartement très bien situé intra-muros pour profiter de cette merveilleuse cité. Proche plage, restaurant dont 1 bonne crêperie, boulangerie et autre commerce. Appartement bien aménagé en rdc, fonctionnel, calme et joliment décoré pour couple avec 2 enfants pendant 1 semaine. La ville est comme sur les cartes postales. Nous reviendrons et merci pour l’accueil.

very nice journey in Saint Malo

Very pleasant stay in well fitted out and very well located apartment. The owner is charming and very welcoming. Saint Malo is magnificent under the sun. The English people and the other tourists are going to adore

Déçus

Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement pour 4 jours à l'occasion du nouvel an. L'appartement mérite une rénovation complète, la cuisine et la salle de bains sont d'une autre époque. L'appartement et les draps sentent l'humidité (allergiques s'abstenir), et l'état de propreté est moyen. Nous ne comprenons pas les éloges des autres appréciations. Cela-dit, il est vrai qu'il est très bien situé dans Saint-Malo à deux pas des remparts et que le propriétaire est très sympathique. Vu le tarif, nous nous attendions à un meilleur standing. A noter que c'est un rez de chaussée sur une petite rue.

Séjour très agréable à St Malo

Appartement très bien situé au coeur de la ville et à deux pas de la plage du môle et de sa piscine d'eau de mer. Idéal pour découvrir la ville et profiter de la plage. Situé dans une petite rue avec très peu de circulation, on peut s'y reposer sans souci. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil.

Séjour parfait !

N'hésitez plus à louer cet appartement ! Nous y avons passé une semaine merveilleuse. Il est très bien équipé, fonctionnel, à deux pas (vraiment!) de la mer et des remparts. Rue très calme et pourtant toute proche des lieux animés. Un charme incroyable... et cerise sur le gâteau : un propriétaire plus que chaleureux, que nous remercions ici encore une fois de son accueil ! Si vous voulez profitez pleinement de la merveilleuse cité-corsaire, cet appart est fait pour vous ! Nous, nous reviendrons !!
