I have four homes around the country from Boston to New Orleans and have been hosting for 20 years with folks from all over the world! I purchased this last condo in the heart of Aspen just after Hurricane Katrina.

My unit has the only different floor plan in the whole building! This condo is in great condition with high end everything! It is only being offered to those that will appreciate it especially with the affordable price. I enjoy meeting guests and I will enjoy playing an important part in your vacation in Aspen. I offer many concierge services as the highest end hotels offer. I will be messaging how you want to spend your time while you are here so I can accommodate and offer freebies. I chose this property so I could enjoy walking about town with ease. It has an organized space with parking, a rarity in town

I tend to be too much of a homebody I needed an easy location for motivation to get me away from the remodeling I enjoy so much. I need to leave that lifestyle for my other locations in Boston, MA. and New Orleans, LA.

A lot of sweat and tears went into remodeling this space and it is now completed. I love the wall of all windows it is like being in a tree house and the bubbling brook across the street. I replaced everything from floor to ceilings with the best and custom made with my two hands!.

My unique open floor plan is no longer like any other space and larger with more convenient amenities than most other hotel rooms in Aspen Downtown Core.

What makes this property unique

I offer a variety of special discounts at business around town for only my guests. I belong to a few private clubs such as the Caribou Club and the Eagles Lodge. All are steps away except the golfing. The Eagles offers $2 beers. It also has indoor pool tables, fuse ball, ping pong, shuffle board, piano, outdoor horseshoes. It also has a grill and a balcony overlooking the park and the beautiful river. Please inquire!

There is also a Gym the next block over that is the best in town and it has a pool and sauna etc.
