Guests at Harborside Resort receive daily free wristbands during their stay to enjoy full access to the thrilling 141-acre waterpark at Atlantis with 18 water slides, 2 rolling river rides, 11 pools, 14 lagoons and 3 white sand beaches (equivalent tickets cost $44 per person per day).

Aside from its famous slides, pools, and white sand beaches, visitors to Atlantis can mingle with dolphins and sea lions, rock climb, snorkel, kayak and float past sharks. Indoor entertainment includes a spectacular aquarium, relaxing spa, huge fitness center, gaming arcade, movie theater, nightclub, 24-hour casino, and numerous restaurants and bars.

Harborside Resort is adjacent to Atlantis, with courtesy shuttles that run continuously between the resort and the Royal, Coral & Beach Towers at Atlantis every 15 minutes. This spacious 3-bedroom villa sleeps up to 10 guests with spacious living and dining areas, 3 bedrooms with connecting bathrooms, 2 sofa-sleepers, 1 fully-equipped kitchen and 1 kitchenette, 2 washer/dryer sets, and a private patio or balcony. For additional flexibility, the property can be split into a 2-bedroom villa and a 1-bedroom villa for friends/relatives (see sample furnishings and floor plan in our photo section). The resort provides light mid-week housekeeping.

While the big thrills are at Atlantis, Harborside guests also have the tranquil option of relaxing at Harborside’s family-friendly pool and hot tub, enjoying the waterfront bistro/bar, and the conveniences of its fitness center and small convenience store.

TRIP TO ATLANTIS

Had a wonderful stay. Did have some issues with kitchen appliances but it was quickly taken care of by staff. Waterpark needs an uplift and we noticed attractions were permanently closed. Check in accommodated our request for two rooms close to each other with water view. One recommendation would be to provide towels by the beach. Went all the way out to the beach to find no towels and we had to walk all the way back to activity counter to get towels.

A Magical Celebration

We had our entire family heading to Atlantis to celebrate our parents 50th wedding anniversary. Our villa at the Harborside served as the perfect spot for family dinners, meet ups, and lots of laughs. Well situated and easily accessible to pool, front desk and free trolly's to Atlantis. We had both rooms which slept 10 people comfortably. Bathroom/Bed combination was great for adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prep for breakfast. lunch and dinner. Barb, was great in sharing her insights prior to the trip and helping to ensure we had all the information we needed.

Spring Break 2017 | Great vacation for family and fun

The property was great and as advertised. We were a party of 10, 4 adults, 6 children ages 7-14 (all boys). We rented a 3 bedroom which was perfect. We were assigned to Bldg 5 which is a great location, close to pool and onsite restaurant. The Harbourside property is well kept and clean. The staff is extremely helpful and made our stay pleasant. Barb was an amazing owner to rent from. She answered all of our questions and was very responsive throughout the process. I would definitely recommend renting from Barb. The 10 waterpark passes made the trip worth it. If you need transportation while in Nassau/Paradise Island. I recommend using: 1. Wellington Richards ( He has two tour buses that are very nice) He gave us great rates on a 3 hour tour of the island 242-422-1906. 2. Butter's Tour & Transportation Services ( He has a nice clean van with great music and video's. Our kids love watching videos during our cab ride) Jason "Butter" Butterfield 242-422-0597 We did the Powerboat Adventures: This is a must do while visiting. It was definitely worth the $200ea price tag. Jason was an awesome guide. They provide everything needed to enjoy the excursion: Food was good, open bar was even better, feeding stingrays in the wild, shark wrangling, and snorkeling. The snorkeling was not good because of the strong currents.

a fabulous multi-generaltional experience

The Harborside was great! (Building 5) The interior was recently updated and much better than the posted pictures. Access to the the water park was as easy as staying at the hotel and better because there was not as much commotion particularly at our local pool. The food at Atlantis was not as expensive as we were led to believe. (Typical 4 and 5 star prices) Groceries were expensive, however. Our children and grandchildren loved it. We loved watching them. We did splurge for cabanas on two days. Well worth it. Highlights for our family included: swimming with the dolphins, the water park itself, sailing and snorkeling trip to neighboring islands, and the casino for grandma and grandpa. We all have wonderful memories!

Loved our Vacation!, Villa was perfect!

Rented the 3 BR Villa from Barb. From start to finish she answered all my questions promptly (even though we are 3 hrs apart)- East meets West! The villa was perfectly located near the pool. Nice and quiet compared to the hustle of Atlantis. The yachts were amazing around the property. Everyone we encountered in the Bahamas was so friendly. Do your homework about the Bahamas on TripAdvisor. The tips from others were very helpful. The villa does provide you with a coffee maker, small boxes of bounce and tide and two cascade pods. Housekeeping comes mid week to replace towels. Pool area provides beach towels with room key. I would Highly recommend booking with Barb. She was awesome and we will go through her again on our next trip to Atlantis.

Spacious, impressively clean, beautifully decorated, perfect location!

Amazing! This was by far my family's best vacation ever! We are a family of 7. Dad, mom and 5 kids, (19,17,14, 8 & 6) plus 3 extra teenagers(19,17 & 15).. With that being said, there was something for everyone at Atlantis! Most of the time (8 days, Sat-Sat) we would divide and conquer the resort. Then we would have set times where we'd all plan to meet for lunch in the villa. It was so convenient to have the kitchen(s). We stocked up both refrigerators from the local supermarket and saved big on dining out for every meal! We were extremely impressed at how much room we had to spread out. The rooms were spacious and super comfortable! Having older kids that would come in for the night a little later than the younger kids was no problem. The connecting door kept it nice and quiet for my sleeping beauties.. We felt right at home at the Harborside! We enjoyed the pool and the Point restaurant that were a 3 minute walk from our room. The lobby for the Villas was also conveniently located. The shuttle service was great! They come every 5-10 min depending on where you'd like to go. That was perfect with young kids that were tired after a full day of swimming, snorkeling, the Dig and Aquaventure! The staff was extremely happy to help with anything we needed. Whether it was directions or an extra frying pan for pancakes at breakfast, they were there to help! The villa was spotless! With 2 washers and 2 dryers, we had plenty of clean clothes. We were so lucky to have found out about Barb's villa at Atlantis! Thank you Barb! We can't wait to come back! Stephenie Moussalli

Harborside is beautiful and the staff are helpful and very friendly. So much to do between the Atlantis and Nassau itself. For some more quiet and relaxing time, the pool at the Harborside is perfect after a busy day.

Perfect family vacation spot

The three bedroom three bath unit accomodated our family of ten (two young children) comfortably and was the perfect base for a spring break vacation at Atlantis. The sofa beds are larger than most - and apparently more comfortable - since there were no complaints from their teenage and young adult occupants. The pool at the complex is also quite nice, especially for younger children. Everything is well maintained and looks like it could have opened just last year although I know it has been there for about twenty years. I like to cook and for a multi-generational family find it the easiest option for most meals. Between the two kitchens (one in the main unit and a smaller one in the lock-off part of the unit) there was enough equipment to get by. One note - bring your own kitchen towels if you want them - none are provided. Atlantis is easy to reach either on foot or by van - which are no more than a few minutes wait at most. Barb was also very easy to deal with and the booking process was easy and felt secure - which it was. Definitely a great place!!
