Bed 160 x 200 lattoflex - private enclosed garden for rental, large gate and wicket with digital codes, protected parking, free WIFI access, high reception in every room of the house. Rent 'no smoking' that you will find very clean.
School holidays July-August: rental fortnight preferably.
PIRIAC SUR MER, rated 'small town character' iodized picturesque site. With its beautiful harbor, its 11 km of rugged coastline, beaches and craggy coves, cliffs lining the footpaths, without forgetting its flowery streets full of history, will offer you discoveries and rest, but also enchants with its authenticity and its rich and varied heritage.
The label 'family more' delivered to our resort in 2011, describes the special interest we pay to children and their families.

Parfait !

Un appartement au calme, bien situé, proche du litoral et du centre ville. Il est en trÚs bon état et propre, trÚs bien equipé. Nous avons accÚs à un espace exterieur privé dans le jardin, au top pour les petits déj et repas au soleil. Les proporitaires sont tres chaleureux et discrets. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Merci a Janine et Alain pour leur accueil !! Attention a l'escalier un peu raide.

Charme breton bucolique Ă  quelques pas de la mer

L'agencement de l'appartement est parfait et la cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs Ă  l'Ă©coute des besoins de leurs hĂŽtes. La salle de bain avec baignoire-douche est trĂšs lumineuse grĂące au vĂ©lux. Les deux chambres sont trĂšs chaleureuses et spacieuses. Le jardin avec chaises longues et salon de jardin (de plus protĂ©gĂ© du vent grĂące aux haies) invite Ă  la dĂ©tente. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Un grand merci Ă  Alain et Jeannine pour leurs bons conseils et la partie de pĂȘche Ă  pied. Nous avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour breton et reviendrons volontiers vous rendre visite!!!

Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in idealer Lage mit netten Vermietern

Mein Mann und ich haben im Juli 2 wundervolle Wochen in dem pittoresken Ort Piriac verbracht. Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und sehr gut isoliert. Auch an den heißen Tagen war es in der Wohnung angenehm kĂŒhl. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und sehr hilfsbereit

Great apartment, beautiful resort

An absolutely lovely apartment, exactly as the photos demonstrate. We experienced a wonderful welcome from the landlord, who have great knowledge of the locality. Piriac is a quintessential French family resort, beautiful beaches, great restaurants and lively markets. There is tons to do on Presqu'ile Guerande, including visiting the beautiful walled city of Guerande, the Submarine pens at St Nazaire and renting a boat in the Briere marsh. Our children 6 and 7 loved "peche a pied"- exploring the rock pools and shellfish collecting at low tide, it is a favourite activity in Piriac and lots of fun. We would highly recommend both this apartment and Piriac for a holiday. One point, it is a French resort with very little English spoken , so some French language helps ( I have basic school French and managed fine) .

Nous avons passé une charmante semaine entre Noël et Nouvel an, période peu touristique à Piriac-sur-Mer. TRES BELLE LOCATION

C'est avec plaisir que nous avons revisité cette région que nous connaissions déjà. Nous avons aussi découvert l'ßle d'Houat qui est une vraie merveille de la nature. Le logement est trÚs bien situé et permet de se rendre au centre ville, au port et sur les plages sans prendre la voiture. Superbement équipé, moderne, spacieux et propre, il a toutes les qualités pour passer un séjour agréable au bord de la mer.

Séjour trÚs agréable sur Piriac sur Mer et les alentours. Nous avons vraiment passĂ© une semaine magnifique du 7 au 14 aoĂ»t 2010. Le logement est spacieux, confortable, extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ©. Tous les ingrĂ©dients Ă©taient rĂ©unis pour que nous passions une semaine inoubliable. Notre grand garçon de 7 ans est tombĂ© amoureux de la rĂ©gion, il en parle encore rĂ©guliĂšrement Ă  la famille ou Ă  ses amis. Et notre petite puce de 2 ans en a trĂšs bien profitĂ© Ă©galement ...
