My husband and I recently purchased this beautiful well taken care of condo. We were visiting friends that also live in Spanish Wells and fell in love with the area. We were not in the market to purchase a condo but when a friend of ours who is also a realtor showed us this place we fell in love with it.

Why they chose this property

A single women previously owned it and it was so clean and well taken care of we couldn't pass it up. You are so close to the beach, shopping, grocery stores and only 15-20 min. from Ft. Myers hospital and Ft. Myers Airport. Must see to really appreciate it. Email me and I will send more pics if wanted.
