Located in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre, the property consists of two houses rented together and accommodating 18 to 20 people in total; A swimming pool of 6m x 12m, fenced, is at your disposal, complete with a large summer dining room of 60 M2 which can accommodate 20 people, open onto a large park;
The main house, with an area of 300 m2, has 7 bedrooms, three shower rooms, and a bathroom. The neighboring little house, with an area of 70m2, has 2 bedrooms, and a shower room; a kitchen area, the dining room, and a large terrace face the swimming pool. A sheltered and lighted outbuilding, a gazebo, in the middle of the park is equipped with a large table that can accommodate fifteen people;

Convenient location for family

Spacious house in a great location within easy walking distance of station, bakers, shop, cafe bar, canoeing and very good pizza restaurant. The pool was excellent. Unfortunately the net on the trampoline had been badly damaged the previous week. Hopefully this will be replaced before the next family stay.

Absolutely Fabulous

We were a family group of 18. We were made very welcome by Beatrice. The property was large, beds were excellent and it contained everything you could possibly ask for. The beautiful pool and surrounding gardens along with the various outdoor entertainment areas were well used. Train station at our doorstep as well as the village. To find peace and tranquility, although there were18 people gives you and indication of the size. Thank you Béatrice a wonderful time had by all.

Fantastic house for families

We all loved the secluded, shaded and beautifully maintained grounds. The trampoline , the play house and the chickens and goats (in the adjoining land) were a great hit with our grandchildren aged 8 months to 5 years. The pool was brilliant but as we were at the beginning of the season it was too cold for the little ones when we arrived, so we opted for heating and it soon warmed up . The house was spacious, clean and well equipped and sited right next to the railway station. We really appreciated being able to walk to the excellent local boulangerie. The owners live next door and are very helpful but unobtrusive hosts.

Beautiful House, Convenient Location

I can’t recommend Beatrice’s house enough! It was perfect for a large group - the garden in particular is huge and beautiful. The house was really generously equipped with enough crockery and cooking things to easily feed a large group, and lots of fridge space. The pool was lovely (plenty of deckchairs supplied as well) and we particularly enjoyed the games room. The bedrooms were all fine and beds comfortable. The house is also perfectly located for a large group without a car: right next to the train station and 10 mins walk to a small supermarket and bakery. The village also has a market twice a week which was nice. We had such a wonderful week and Beatrice was incredibly kind and accommodating. This is such an excellent house for a large group - with everything you could want for a relaxed holiday. We barely left the house all week!

Formidabel!

Ideaal voor grote families. Hoewel het huis bij het station is gelegen, is er totaal geen geluidshinder. Bakker, apotheek en supermarkt op wandelafstand. De kinderen hadden een geweldige tijd in het grote zwembad en de leuke tuin met verschillende speeltoestellen. De volwassenen hadden voldoende ruimte en privacy en er waren veel leuke en verrassende hoekjes, zowel binnen als buiten. We konden met z’n allen gezellig samen eten rond de tafel. Het hele huis is voorzien van het nodige comfort. De eigenares was steeds bereikbaar en erg vriendelijk. Wij komen terug!

Wonderful property with plenty of space

There was 4 families staying and we all had a great time, plenty of space when you need it and enough room to all eat together. The kids had a great time playing in the garden and in the pool. Gardonne has everything you need with a bakery, shop and bar. The owners were friendly and around if anything was needed. Overall a great holiday at a great location.

Nous étions 12 adultes et 10 enfants. Le domaine est très spacieux : les grands espaces avec tous les jeux à dispositions ont ravis petits et grands. Les maisons disposent de tout le confort et l'électroménager indispensables à une vie de groupe. Les hôtes sont formidables et se rendent dispos. Ils ont à cœur que les vacanciers puissent passer un agréable séjour. En résumé, nous avons passé de supers vacances dans un domaine formidable. Nous recommandons à 100%

Great family get together!

Ideal property for our large family gathering. Lots of outdoor space, toys, swings, playhouse etc. Also lots of different seating and eating areas so we weren’t on top of one another all the time. We employed a local chef to cook for us and she was impressed with the kitchen facilities.

Une maison familiale, pratique, calme.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, nous étions 19 adultes + les enfants, et nous avions nos moments communs et nos moments au calme où chacun peut être tranquille dans une partie du jardin ou de la maison. Assez de transat pour tous! La cuisine et tout l’espace est adapté au nombre. Nous avons été hyper bien accueillis, nous rejouerons ce lieu!!!

Super verblijf!

We zijn heel blij dat we deze toplocatie gehuurd hebben. Met 5 gezinnen (in totaal 23 personen) had iedereen z'n eigen (privé) ruimte wat toch wel handig is. Alle voorzieningen en materiaal zijn aanwezig. (incl. "plancha" op het buitenterras waar we meermaals gebruik van gemaakt hebben!) In het zwembad en de zeer grote en goed onderhouden tuin hebben de kinderen zich rot geamuseerd. We hebben wel gebruik gemaakt van de warmtepomp , maar het supplement dat daarvoor betaald moest worden was het meer dan waard, zo konden we van 's morgens tot 's avonds laat in het zwembad! En als het weer net iets minder was hebben we met z'n allen in de (dit jaar bijgebouwde) veranda gezeten, plaats genoeg! Roland en Béatrice zijn super vriendelijke mensen die zeer discreet zijn, maar direct klaarstonden wanneer we een vraag hadden. En ook zeer leuk dat ze ons de eerste dag zijn komen bezoeken voor kennismaking en een aperitief. Kortom, deze locatie is beter dan het wordt voorgesteld op de website en is wat ons betreft voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

Maison très spacieuse et très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette belle maison familiale. Le jardin est très adapté aux enfants en bas âge. Les nombreux espaces permettent à chacun de profiter des différentes activités proposées (baby-foot, billard, tennis de table, pétanque, ...). Béatrice et son mari sont très disponibles en cas de besoin et très agréables. Nous reviendrons dans leur maison avec grand plaisir un prochain été.

Très bonnes vacances familiales

Nous nous sommes retrouvés 8 adultes et 8 enfants pour une semaine dans la maison de Béatrice et son mari. L'accueil était très chaleureux, et nous avons apprécié les recommandations faites lors de l'apéritif que les propriétaires nous ont invité à prendre ensemble. Le jardin est vraiment idéal : pour les enfants, il y a beaucoup d'espaces avec jeux ce qui permet d'être au calme entre adultes tandis que les enfants s'amusent. Les nombreuses chambres permettent à chacun d'avoir son espace. Je signale tout de même la proximité avec la ligne des chemins de fer, empruntée par plusieurs trains par jour. La maison est située à quelques minutes à pieds d'une boulangerie, d'une supérette et même de canoës ! Un grand merci Béatrice pour votre amabilité !

Voilà déjà 9 ans que nous partons à Gardonne avec nos amis car nous avons trouvé aux Granges tout ce que l'on cherchait: Maison spacieuse(et décoré avec beaucoup de goût), jardin magnifique (ombragé et très bien entretenu) piscine sécurisée, et avec tout çà deux propriétaires Roland et Béatrice vraiment sympas et soucieux de notre confort. Bref à recommander sans hésitation et nous on y retournera encore.

Vraiment chouette

Les photos sont conformes, les proprios adorables, l accueil sympa, l équipement au top et il y a mille choses pour que vos enfants ne soient pas dans vos pattes. On a beaucoup aimé. Je ne peux donc que recommander vivement cette location spacieuse propre et fonctionnelle.

Nous avons passé une semaine entre amis (6 couples + les enfants) en août 2015. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir des lieux où jamais nous ne nous sentions à l'étroit. A notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé une maison vaste, propre et accueillante. Les installations sont nombreuses et variées, les chambres confortables, la (les !) cuisine fonctionnelle, les propriétaires discrets, très sympathiques et arrangeants. Une location que nous recommandons fortement. Sûr que l'on reviendra !

Un superbe séjour

La maison, très bien entretenue et très propre, est superbement décorée et très spacieuse. Elle est également très bien équipée. Le grand terrain est magnifiquement arboré et verdoyant. La piscine est grande et agréable. L'annexe qui jouxte la piscine est aussi très bien conçu. Tout est prévu pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. Nous avons passé un formidable séjour avec tout un groupe d'amis. De surcroît, les propriétaires (Mr et Mme FEYTOUT) sont des personnes adorables, serviables et de bons conseils sur les atouts (et les astuces) de la région. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre passage, trop court, dans cette superbe bâtisse, et dans ce magnifique Périgord.

Séjour parfait !

Pour la seconde fois, nous avons passé une semaine en famille : 11 adultes et 10 enfants. Le paradis pour tous ! Les équipements sont adaptés pour les grands groupes. Le nombre de chambres et de salles de bain permet de ne pas se sentir "les uns sur les autres". La cuisine est très bien équipée et vaste. En ce qui concerne les extérieurs, ils sont le bonheur des enfants... Et des parents ! Piscine, jeux, barbecue, plancha... Tout est fait pour passer d'inoubliables vacances. Les jeunes, et moins jeunes, s'y créent des souvenirs pour la vie ! Avec en prime un accueil très souriant ! Merci et à bientôt !
