Private serene contemporary home set on over an acre of lushly landscaped park-like property down a private lane close to the town of E.Hampton. Mature trees, specimen plantings, large heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, and expansive deck offer the ultimate in privacy and convenience. Very close to shops & restaurants, the LIRR, and the pristine beaches of E. Hampton and Amagansett. Open living space with a cathedral ceiling, skylights, fireplace, and sun-drenched great room. Master bedroom has king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed and sliders out to pool. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin trundle beds to sleep four. Newly renovated gorgeous spa hall bath with top of the line fixtures, white quartz tops, large glass shower with bench, and stunning tile. There is a 3rd full bathroom with shower. Sliding glass doors lead to a sunny flat grass backyard with new stunning expansive ipe wood deck. Plenty of outdoor seating; chaise's, table w/umbrella, and built-in wood benches. Large gorgeous heated swimming pool, gas Weber grill, pool floats, and hammock complete the outdoor space. Linens, towels (beach & bath), shampoo & conditioner, and soap are provided. This home is completely private, yet close enough to walk to town.
House is comfortably furnished for your relaxing summer vacation at the beach. Everything is provided that you would need; fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee maker w/coffee, spices, washer/dryer, linens, beach towels, books, wi-fi, 55" Smart Samsung TV. Just pack a suitcase!
This home is perfect for families, couples, or mature shares. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate prom shares, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or any large parties. Responsible adults only. This is a non-smoking home.

Perfect summer getaway!!

We spent a relaxing week at the house and loved our time! Central location, close to everything, super quiet, stocked with essentials and the pool was heaven! Lots of gorgeous sunlight in the house and an amazing host, too! Would highly recommend and stay again!

Relaxation in the Hamptons

We had a great time. Debra is a wonderful host. The main features are the main bedroom and the great pool. Its a fair walk into town so having a car is recommended.

Great Hampton Rental

Excellent location. Lots of room for a 3 Bdr house. Gorgeous backyard with a beautiful pool as the centerpiece. Very close to town of E. Hampton and minutes from the beach. Minutes from the beach. Debra could not be a better more accommodating host.

Wonderful stay!

My family and I couldn't have had a nicer stay! The house was perfect for the six of us. It was very well stocked with all the essentials and the listing was on point. The pool and back yard space were very private and nice to come back to after a day at the beach or shopping. Such a beautiful setting. Debra was a wonderful and attentive owner. You could tell she wanted to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. We would definitely book this place again and wished we’d stayed longer. Thank you Debra!

Super house and stay

This property was everything we hoped for and more. From the initial queries to our check out - the host made everything simple and straight forward. Our host couldn’t do enough to make our stay brilliant. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was top notch and the interior was chic. There was plenty of space to move around the house itself. The pool, deck and gardens were were well looked after. We will be back!

Great Hamptons House

We stayed at Debra's house for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. Having been to the Hamptons a few times before we knew we wanted to be close to east Hampton and the house is perfectly situated a couple of minutes drive from Main Street. It's private and quiet. The pool is a real highlight with a huge deck surrounded by a lawn and flowers (my daughter loved chasing the butterflies). The 3 bedrooms are all a good size and the house overall is comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. Debra was also a star. She was available 24/7 and provided us with lots of local tips and information. She even bought groceries upon arrival! You get a real sense that you're staying in a family home rather than an investment property. We would happily return in the future and recommend it to anyone.

Memorable Memorial Day 2016

A top rental in East Hampton! I was able to meet and work with Debra the owner and you see that her family's property is well loved. Debra is the best hostess and very easy to work with and just a doll. We are not beach people so we wanted a home with a pool. It turned out to be the perfect oasis and the rear of the property is a horse farm that just adds Hampton's charm. The house is well located near town (East Hampton) and on a nice private street. You hear very little noise and the house and pool are very private. I received my deposit back in 7 days. My last Hampton's rental we waited 3 months for a deposit! I can't say enough about this rental and I hope you get a chance to enjoy this fabulous house like we did!!

Outstanding In Every Way

What a great home in a wonderful East Hampton location. Quiet, secluded, peaceful, and, yet, so convenient to the heart of East Hampton. A 3 minute drive, a 15 minute walk. This house is absolute bliss. The outdoor deck is a dream. Wild turkeys walking across the lawn. The horses from East End Stables neighing in the background. The pool is sumptuous and large. Everything you need is available. Debra is a host beyond compare. All our questions, needs, and necessities were fully taken care of. Communication was top notch. Our family enjoyed the week we spent at this lovely home. Impeccably maintained. Sparkling clean. All our needs were addressed. Cannot say enough about this terrific home. Evening dinners or on the deck with food cooked on their grill was just heaven. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this home is. A prefect vacation site.

Terrific spot!

We loved this house. It is quiet, very clean, pool is in great condition and the gardens around it are beautifully cared for. The area has great restaurants and the beach is only a 10 min drive away. The property manager is very thoughtful and responsive. We look forward to returning!

Perfect Spot for Our Family Vacation!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Debra’s wonderful East Hampton property! From the moment we booked our stay through the checkout process, Debra was warm, welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and that we all felt at home — including our infant daughter. The property is gorgeous: the heated pool looks out over beautiful landscaping and is next door to a horse farm. We loved having breakfast on the deck and watching the horses gallop around. The house is spacious and well appointed, with everything you could need for a rental and then some. We can’t wait to return next summer!!

Debra/ house fantastic!

Debra was an absolute pleasure to work with, and was extremely thorough and helpful in the entire rental process, start to finish. The house was provided with all necessary kitchen/bathroom supplies, and had a beautiful back yard/ deck area. We had view of East End Stables, and were a close distance from town/beach. Beautiful home, quiet safe neighborhood. Will definitely look to return!

Amazing Environment for Family Reunion

This vacation rental is located very close to downtown East Hampton and provides a perfect space and entertainment for my family get together. The house owner, Debra, was a very warm and kind hostess and she helped us to find the place to visit and to eat for the local cuisine. And her family property is well maintained. We grilled at the pool side for most nights. In the midnight, we find a few fireflies lighting up the yard under beautiful starts!

A beautiful and private Hamptons retreat!

This house is the ultimate getaway for relaxation in the Hamptons. We had a perfect stay and Debra was such a gracious host. The outdoor area is incredible, with a large pool, backyard and deck area, complete with a grill, outdoor shower, and even views of horses next door..Inside, the house has a great open layout, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for our stay. Down a hidden street but close to everything in the town of East Hampton, its both private and very convenient. We ended up spending most of our time in the Hamptons lounging in the backyard because it was just too perfect! I would highly recommend this property for any family or group looking for a relaxing escape from the city. We will surely be back!

Quintessential Hamptons home!

This is your quintessential Hamptons rental. A beautiful home just as described - full of light, very well kept, located on a private street, plenty of sleeping room, and all the amenities we needed (Wifi, three showers, washer / dryer, etc). We spent Fourth of July weekend at the home with a group of women and it was the escape from the city we so desperately needed. The location is perfect - close to the beach and to town, though we ultimately spent much of our time in the incredible deck and pool area, complete with several lounge chairs, a dining area and even an outdoor shower. The owners were very hospitable and made the stay as easy as could be. Highly recommend this location!

Why they chose this property

My parents purchased this house over thirty-five years ago. They settled on East Hampton as it was their favorite area out East. They chose this location because it offered privacy, but was close to town. This was perfect for our large family. They also fell in love with this particular property because of its large landscaped gardens, the sunlight, and the serenity of the overall location.

What makes this property unique

Complete quiet and privacy but just 5 minutes from town by car. The best of both worlds!
