About this property

Rental Registration # 20-1,031 Great location - centrally located near to Sag Harbor, East Hampton, Wainscott and Bridgehampton.
Our beautiful home is spacious and welcoming. A large Great Room with fireplace and 50 in TV is perfect for gathering and relaxing. All TV’s are equipped with Amazon Fire sticks for smart tv watching. A sitting room is beside it for quiet reading. Sonos stereo throughout and house and in the backyard. French doors lead out to the backyard to a beautiful blue stone patio with couch seating, and a large teak dining seat, large Weber grill and kidney shaped heated pool. There is a a covered porch along the back of the house to keep you out of the sun but close to any festivities. There is an outdoor shower, swing set- and basketball hoop.
We have a huge chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances. Large center island with sink and stools for seating. Breakfast nook, eat in kitchen seats 8. Separate dining room with round table - better for socializing - seats 14.
Large master bedroom with king size bed. Off the bedroom is a walk-in closet with seating, and through the closet is a full bath with jacuzzi tub and stall shower.
2nd bedroom has queen bed, full bath and a 42inch TV. 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and 4th bedroom has a queen bed. All rooms are large and spacious and located on 2nd Floor.
House has 2 stairways. Second (or back stairs) lead up to large media room with oversized couch and pull out sofa bed. The room has a 50in TV with surround sound. an an air hockey table, a Wii, Life fitness eliptical machine, a keyboard and a large closet filled with toys and games.

Great Place

Location and accommodations were both excellent. Owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Convenient to both Sag Harbor and East Hampton. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Family Christmas

Wonderful home and experience. Rich (the owner) was so kind, gracious and easy to work with. House is great - perfect setting for any family get together. My husband, daughter, son in law, and 17 month old grandson spent 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. House is so well equipped for any and all types of entertaining; fabulous kitchen for preparing/ serving meals, cozy gas fireplace for lovely and easy ambience , plenty of space for everyone to spread out, tons of toys/games for children and adults, 5 minute drive to Main St Sag Harbor, most of all, house was warm and welcoming - did not feel like a “rental” at all. We loved our stay, in fact our daughter and family decided to stay a few extra days they loved it so much! Highly recommend this property - we will be back! Thank you Rich.

Labor Day Weekend Stay

This was a fabulous accommodation for large groups. Felt more like a home than a sterile rental property. Richard was super helpful. Would definitely come back.

Amazing house near Sag Harbor

House was super clean with lots of space. Great place to stay for a large group. We loved the kitchen, swimming pool, and game room. Our kids loved it too because of the pool, playground, and toys in the game room. A quick drive to Sag Harbor and East Hampton.

Great family fun

Our family of 4 (kids 4.5 and 2.5) had a great time with room for grandparents, too. House was well laid out and in great condition. Pool and swing set were very popular and toys were available for kids - but also could easily be hidden in cabinets/closets. Great location off 114 (so quiet) and split between Sag Harbor and East Hampton. Highly recommend.
