About this property

Don't Worry, Be Happy! Private Pool, Golf Cart, 3BR/2BA

Our golf cart is available for $150/wk. It is shown in the rate quote as the Property Fee.

** The video of our property shows a small 4th bedroom. This bedroom has been converted to an owner's closet. We no longer have a small 4th bedroom.

'Don't Worry, Be Happy' is located just 1000 ft away from the beautiful white sands of Panama City Beach. Our home is just a short walk to the gorgeous Emerald Coast Beaches or you can take our golf cart (added fee) to the beach or for a drive around the neighborhood! The backyard is completely fenced in with a 6' privacy fence.

Step out the back door into your own private paradise. The back yard has a private pool that features a large deck so you can get plenty of sun laying by the pool. There is also a sun shelf in the pool that is made to put two chairs in the pool along with a beach umbrella between them.

Don't Worry, Be Happy is a 3BR/2BA beach home that has been furnished with those special extras that will make your vacation more relaxing. The 50” TV in the Living Room will allow you to catch the game or watch a movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, whether you just want to brew a cup of coffee or prepare a full meal for everyone in the house.

The Master Bedroom features a King size bed and a private bathroom with a walk in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen sized bed with the guest bathroom just outside the door. The 3rd bedroom is a converted sun room that has a twin over full bunk bed.

The laundry room features a full size washer and dryer.

Don't Worry, Be Happy has a Television in both the Master bedroom and the Queen bedroom in addition to the 50” Television and DVD player in the Living Room. We keep a golf cart at the house for our guests to take to the beach or just go for a pleasant ride through the neighborhood (additional fee).

There are plenty of golfing opportunities within a few miles of our home. Rosemary Beach is about a 10 minute drive away and offers clay court tennis weekly memberships or lessons. Pier Park is about a 10 minute drive away.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all food trash in the Nate’s Trash can outside. Load dirty dishes and run the dishwasher – cleaning company will unload Put used towels in a pile in the bathrooms or Laundry Room
Please leave the beds unmade that were used Set the thermostat to (Cool) 77 in the summer and (Heat) 65 in the winter Close the blinds Turn off the lights, especially the underwater pool light.
Put Golf Cart, beach chairs, toys, etc. in the garage. Hang Golf Cart Key & Garage Door Opener on the hook in garage Doors are closed and locked when you leave (Do not deadbolt the front door)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Three cars can be parked in the driveway.

If you stay off of the beach front then this is a great location. Private pool and golf cart makes it super convenient getting off the beach. House is located in a dead end street making it very quiet and peaceful.

Why they chose this property

The west end of Panama City Beach is the best end! The beaches are not overcrowded and it's still easy to get to Pier Park or the 30-A area.

What makes this property unique

Everything is on one floor so you don't have to climb any stairs! You can walk out the back door to the private pool.
