This year is shaping up to be a great time to visit the worlds best beach. Very spacious townhome at 158 Grande Island Blvd in a beautiful gated family friendly community. 4-5 minute walk to one of the worlds most beautiful beaches! Come sit back, relax and have lots of fun. Enjoy the security of a gated community. No elevators or long walks from a parking garage to delay your fun. We have added a new natural gas Grill that will exceed your grilling needs for sure. NO SMOKING, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

Interior Features:
2 Bedroom (King and Queen beds with individual ensuite)/2.5 baths/Queen size pull out Sofa/1600 Sq Ft. Totally updated and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter and tile backsplash, tile floors down stairs and hardwood up, linens and towels provided. Full size washer and dryer also in unit, flat screen TVs in each room with many channels including HBO, and a smart TV in the living room so bring your Netflix password. Free (strong!) WiFi throughout the unit.
Some golf putters and tennis rackets are provided with the unit.


Exterior Features:
Parking includes 2 spaces directly in front of your townhome. Patio area with seating for 6 and looks over a lovely canal and seating for 2 in the front of your townhome. 11 pools (5 heated) through out the complex with one located at the beachside with a snackbar and restrooms. Less than 60 steps to an Olympic size pool from the unit. Enjoy the 18 hole putt-putt (mini putt) course, 4 tennis courts, shuffleboard, and exercise room with an elliptical, treadmill, recumbent bike, and weight machine - all available to guests at no additional charge. This delightful vacation home will comfortably accommodate as many as 6 guests.

Gulf Highlands is a gated community with security and has amenities galore! This 60 acre resort offers a beach house with a swimming pool, deck, lounge chairs and a snack bar, 11 pools (5 heated, seasonal), 6 tennis courts (2 lighted), miniature golf, shuffleboard, playground, free broadband WiFi connection at the community center, exercise room, 24-hour security, 2 private parking spaces directly in from of the unit. These amenities are all FREE! The community is known as one of the friendliest resorts in the PCB area. With private beach access guests will be entertained without ever having to leave the property. With a property over 60 acres the walk to the beach could be burdensome. We are fortunate to have a unit located exceptionally close to the front of the property and only 5 or 600 steps to the beach.
PANAMA CITY BEACH
Panama City Beach is known for its 27 miles of blue-green water and white sand. The private stretch of beach At Gulf Highlands is yours to use, and is just steps away. Sunbathe, chase the waves, surf, stand-up paddle board, or build sand castles. Visitors who want a little more beach adventure can go surfing, kayaking, sailing, or paddle boarding. Or, they may choose to head to the pier for some fishing or catch a charter for a chance to see some dolphins in their natural habitat. For a memorable experience, guests can go diving to check out the area’s diverse marine life and historic dive sites, which feature several sunken ships.
Additionally, Panama City Beach offers the huge number of entertainment sources in the way of restaurants, water parks, amusement parks, ocean activities; such as snorkeling, boating, fishing and parasailing. Located close to Entertainment, Restaurants, Shopping, Theater, Bowling Alley, Arcade, Post Office, Retail and Grocery Shopping; within walking distance from Johnny Rockets Cosmic Bowling, and numerous other fun activities. We are in close proximity to Super Walmart, restaurants like Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Captain Anderson’s Sea food, Schooner’s, Pineapple Willie’s, The Wicket Wheel, Spinnaker’s, Hooter’s; attractions like Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Wonder Works Museum, Flowbee Wave Pool, Pier Park, Shipwreck Island, County & City Piers, Baseball and softball park also Holiday golf, Signal golf, and Seabreeze Winery.

Good location for beach access and great pool near our condo.
Our condo was exactly what it said it was. Kitchen was furnished well. It had an abundance of ocean and pool toys to use. Along with beach chairs. It was quiet and neighbors were nice.

Perfect Location and Accommodations
After being overwhelmed with choosing a place to stay in PCB, we happened upon this property. The outdoor space on the canal and the all included extras (bikes, beach chairs, grill, mini golf, shuffleboard, etc) are what sealed the deal for us. It turned out to be an amazing location- literally a 5 min walk to the beach and 10 second walk to the beautiful pool. We were thrilled with it and will absolutely book again if we return to the area. Mark was easy to contact and quick to respond. Absolutely recommend!

Why they chose this property

This is by far the best maintained and renovated property in Gulf Highlands bar none. We fell in love with it instantly as I’m sure you will when you see it. This is a property we can be proud of and we like to show it off in an attempt to build a returning clientele. We are not trying to make a quick dollar, rather we would like to have people asking to come back.

What makes this property unique

Our property doesn't have cheap beach type furniture, it is set up very much like any typical home and we want it to present itself as a home away from home with good quality furniture, clean and well maintained that anyone would be proud to show to there friends. We pride our selves on the quality of our interior design and set up.
