Full farm, large, elegant, great location, just 40 km from São Paulo, between the towns of Mairiporã Atibaia and famous for its trails and ecological areas. Access the Highway Fernao Dias.
Complete leisure for the whole family or groups of friends: Soccer field, sports court, swimming pool, 2 grills, one at the top and one at the bottom at the pool area and courts.
Large outdoor area of the house with wood stove and dining table for over 12 people. It has two lakes (only sport fishing), vegetable garden, fruit trees and garden with fountain. Room 4 environments and fireplace. The house has two TVs 47 "and 29". Games room with several table games and a prayground area for children.
Remarks: It can not be SOUND loud after 10pm. The lights on the tennis court will be off at 11pm. Cleaning fee is $ 150.00. Forbidden car sound.
