Beautiful place to celebrate birthdays, weddings and corporate events.
With 7 chalets that accommodate 28 people in beds, ideal for a weekend or holiday in the midst of beautiful mountainous nature near São Paulo.
We have 2 lakes, 2 adult and children pools, games room with foosball and ping pong, grass court for sports, playground, beautiful equipped gourmet area, hiking trail, woods, parking. All this in the company of nature.

Festa de aniversário

Aluguei o espaço para comemorar meu aniversário com amigos e familiares, acredito que esse tenha sido o melhor espaço que eu já aluguei para essa finalidade! Todos os convidados ficam muito mais a vontade com quarto e banheiros para todos! Em festas a gente acaba exagerando e poder acordar e ter um banheiro em cada quarto é um conforto muito grande! Somos músicos e pudemos passar até bem tarde fazendo música, a distância da área de festa e dos quartos é muito boa, quase não se escuta nada! As regras foram todas seguidas e não tivemos nenhum problema =D Obrigado pessoal!

Aluguel para Aniversário

O lugar é muito bonito e bastante espaçoso, pé de serra, foi muito proveitoso. A descrição bate exatamente com as fotos. Tive apenas dois pequenos problemas. O primeiro foi o caução pedido pela proprietária. Ainda que tenha sido restituído inteiramente, não fui informado de que teria um caução de 30% do aluguel da casa além do valor do aluguel. Importante deixar isso mais bem detalhado, pois influencia na decisão. O segundo foi a cobrança de coisas que a meu ver deveriam ser de responsabilidade do proprietário. Cobraram uso da água, por exemplo, e a ajuda do caseiro em colocar lenha na fogueira. Achei um pouco abusivo. Mas fora esses dois pontos foi uma ótima estadia.

Agradável, privativo e espaçoso

O lugar comporta bem o número de pessoas ofertado, principalmente com as separações de quarto e todos contendo seu próprio banheiro. O espaço onde se concentra toda a estrutura de cozinha, mesas de grupo e sala de estar próximo à piscina é otimo para passar o dia. Os caseiros foram muito prestativos, tal como a comunicação com a proprietária. Recomendo muito!

Procuramos por um local para passar o dia de aniversário do meu marido, convidamos nossos pais e irmãos, quando encontramos o Vilagio das Hortensias, esse lugar maravilhoso e aconchegante, acabamos ficando por todo o final de semana! Boa chácara.

Os quartos precisam de algumas reformas. Ficamos no natal e quando chovia, pingava dentro de 2 quartos, os que ficam próximos do portão de entrada. Há goteiras na área gourmet em 2 pontos acima do forno a lenha. O quarto que fica em frente a piscina tem o ralo entupido, durante o banho a água sai para fora do box. O chuveiro do quarto que fica ao lado da área gourmet não funciona e de um segundo quarto também, porém não anotei o número do quarto, mas é um dos que fica próximo ao portão de entrada. O cheking é ótimo e o Cido caseiro do local estava sempre conosco tentando ajudar. E a Andrea proprietária sempre muito atenciosa. No mais o espaço é bom.

Excelente estadia

O sítio tem um espaço excelente com uma ótima infraestrutura, tudo muito bem cuidado, bem limpo. A anfitriã Andrea é super simpática e solícita, sempre respondia quando tinha dúvidas. Com certeza meu grupo vai querer voltar a se hospedar nesse lugar incrível e de muito bom gosto. Único ponto de atenção, perto do sítio não pega sinal de celular e internet, então é bom já ter no GPS todo o caminho até lá, ou até baixar o mapa offline para facilitar, mas a estrada é boa e sem maiores dificuldades para chegar no local. No sítio já tem WI-FI para acesso a internet.
