Full farm, large, elegant, great location, just 40 km from São Paulo, between the towns of Mairiporã Atibaia and famous for its trails and ecological areas. Access the Highway Fernao Dias.

Complete leisure for the whole family or groups of friends: Soccer field, sports court, swimming pool, 2 grills, one at the top and one at the bottom at the pool area and courts.
Large outdoor area of ​​the house with wood stove and dining table for over 12 people. It has two lakes (only sport fishing), vegetable garden, fruit trees and garden with fountain. Room 4 environments and fireplace. The house has two TVs 47 "and 29". Games room with several table games and a prayground area for children.

Existem pontos a serem melhorados. Ex. colocar corrimao na escada, boca da churrasqueira de cima saindo fumaca, infiltracao com goteira de agua no teto proximo a mesa de bilhar. Caseira Tais muito atenciosa e prestativa. Apesar dessas ressalvas no geral a chacara atendeu ao proposito de lazer da familia.

A caseira Thais é muito atenciosa Sr Waldir foi muito prestativo, o imóvel tem pontos a ser melhorado, uma coisa simples de resolver é um filtro de água a água e barrenta imprópria para o consumo, tivemos que sair para comprar água, e os colchões e travesseiro mofado, usamos capas e lusiffor que ajudou há não atrapalha a hospedagem.

Sr Valdir , o proprietario, apesar de não conhecê-lo pessoalmente, me atendeu muito bem , muito rápido, muito prestativo e educado. Local super agradável, aconchegante, praticidade em tudo. Alugamos o recanto para um encontro de amigos (20 pessoas) no final de semana. A casa acomodou confortávelmente todos os convidados, mtas suítes e areas de lazer. Ter o serviço extra da Tais (caseira) para cozinhar tbm foi ótimo! Ela eh super atenciosa, cozinha bem e nos ajudou a comprar o que faltou no comércio local. Recomendo com certeza!

Fim de semana com muito sol e diversão no sítio Recanto da Ludmila, o qual está muito bem estruturado e é mais bonito do que as fotos mostram no perfil. Os caseiros e o proprietário são muito atenciosos e cuidadosos. Vale a pena conhecer.

Local sensacional. Muito amplo, tudo muito bem limpo e organizado. Lugar tranquilo, seguro, bonito. Há na casa muitos utensílios de cozinha. O acesso de veículo é bom. Perto do Salão de Assembleias. Os caseiros são formidáveis e muito simpáticos. Além de disponibilizarem café da manhã, almoço e janta, para quem desejar (cobrado a parte). O Sr. Waldir muito atencioso e confiável. Recomendo a casa para todos!

Imóvel muito bonito e funcional, espaçoso.

Há necessidade de algumas manutenções, simples, mas fazem diferença. A lâmpada do closet de uma das suítes estava queimada, os chuveiros das suítes do andar superior, precisam de reparo, pois sai pouca água, uma das beliches estão balançando muito, o que gera insegurança de quem dorme nela. Mas de modo geral, foi muito bom nos hospedar na chácara, Se. Waldir, sempre responde de forma rápida nossas mensagens, o casal de caseiros, Tancredo e Taís são extremamente simpáticos e agradáveis. Recomendo para quem desejar
