This is one of only 2, 2 bedroom units at The Capri. Recently updated and uniquely decorated, you will surely enjoy your stay. Only a few steps from the deck and the sugary white sandy beaches of Destin. Capri 126 sleeps 4. Queen bed in the master and a queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Seasonal Beach service is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach! NO TENTS OR CANOPIES ALLOWED ON BEACH. Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite apps! Basic cable provided.

LOVE this little villa!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit before and continue to come back. This place is a little piece of heaven in Destin. It is always very clean and very quiet. The private beach, with daily beach service, is probably the main reason we continue to come back. You don’t have to worry about being crowded at the beach as this section of beach is only for those that stay at Capri by the Gulf. We will definitely be back next year!

Great value location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the last 30+ years I have stayed in various properties in Destin and along 30a. Because of crowds and the rising cost of rentals, finding a beachside 2 BR at this rate was a surprise. Since it was not "peak" season we decided to try it. The location and beach access was great. Not many steps down to beach and access is for guests only. Also, loved the sitting area up top if you wanted to watch sunset but not stay ON the beach. We were fortunate enough to get an early check in since our property wasn't occupied before our arrival. Very comfortable place that had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again in off season!

NO TV other than LOCAL. Limit to about 8 watchable Channels

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You basically have no TV in the condo. Had to go into town to watch the main bowl games as condo ONLY has local T.V. Therefore, you only have about 8 channels to watch.(2 ABC,2 CBS, 2 NBC, 1 PBS, 1 fox - Most of the time ABC< CBS< NBC have the same program on) NO CNN MNSBC, ESPN, GOLF etc. If you have your OWN live stream like You Tube or some other one you probably would be OK. Would recommend if TV problem is resolved
